This property has been a farm and ranch since 1863 it was used as a stage stop for travelers going to the gold fields in Bannock and Virginia City Montana. Come check us out.We offer two private campsites on the Gallatin River near Logan, Montana, 1/4 mile apart on a working farm and ranch. Ranch also is located below ATT and Verizon cell towers. Five minutes from entrance gate to interstate ninety. We are thirty minutes from Bozeman, six miles from Three Forks, MT, three miles from Headwaters State Park (Headwaters of the Missouri River), 12 minutes from the Copper City Mountain biking trails, 20 minutes from Lewis and Clark Caverns, eight miles from Madison Buffalo Jump. Yellowstone National Park is two hours south of the property. Easy full recreational access to the Gallatin River, including fishing if you follow Montana FWP rules and regulations. Gallatin River is a blue-ribbon trout stream and there are four additional blue-ribbon trout streams that are within close proximity. Inhabited by most major indigenous species of Montana, except bison and mountain goats. (Road to Ringing Rocks theres a sign Pipestone Ringing rocks RV and Cabins with red arrow pointing east follow it for about a 1 1/2 miles crossing 3 cattle gaurds and a railroad track go another 50 yards and there a gate # 234 on post and the RV spots are just past the cabins. enjoy the views and to take in the fresh Montana air there's also a fire pit (fire wood for sale) and a picnic table set up ( potable Water fill available, there are no public Bathrooms so Rv must have Bathrooms in them) ,for you and your family to enjoy a nice outing and look at the Montana stars in Big Sky country there are also hundreds of miles of trails to enjoy utv,dirt bike,peddle bike. or just a nice nature walk all these trails are shared in them

We provide a limited number of campsites to maintain privacy for our guests, with just three riverfront spots and three creekside spots. Large aspens and willows span the property. Plenty of opportunities for fishing, swimming and wildlife viewing including bird watching. We do have a portable toilet on-site that is serviced weekly, otherwise this is a pack-in-pack-out site. Located just minutes off Interstate 90 (Exit 278) Old Town River Ranch offers a secluded getaway that’s close to all that Three Forks Montana has to offer, Sacajawea, farmers markets, shopping and Bridger Brewing for concerts and just 30 minutes to Bozeman. Come stay a night, or a few, we think you'll enjoy it. Campsite & Camper Sizes. Campsites #1 #2 & #3 can accommodate large campers (up to 35 feet) with fair amount of room to maneuver. Campsite #4 is limited to Truck Campers, Sprinters or very small towables. Campsites #5 (up to 20ft) and Campsite #6 (up to 25ft) can accommodate mid-sized campers with limited but manageable room to maneuver. Notice. We implemented a comprehensive weed management program so campgrounds should be dramatically improved this year. Believe it or not some people don't know this. This is a campground on a river bottom in Montana. We keep it well but its fairly "raw" here. There can be wildlife - large & small game, maybe a few lost cows at times. There can be bugs - mosquitoes & spiders. There can be weeds. Water levels in the river vary dramatically depending on the time of year - sometimes high & fast other times low & slow. Sometimes it'll be really hot, dry & dusty, other times humid & muddy, maybe even flooded in areas, sometimes it can be cold & icy. If these things concern you it might be best to find an alternative. For everyone else, come on in and enjoy, we welcome you!

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.

This spot was a good overnight location for us and provided a spectacular Montana sunset. We did have to drive about a mile on a dirt road, which was no problem for me, but a little concerning for my glamper husband:) You can hear trains passing by and the site is near a shooting range-not an issue after dark, but a little noisy during the daylight hours. Host was friendly and helpful.

We loved the spot. We called Roger when we were 15 min away so he could come lead us to a very private piece of the property. Right on the Gallatin River with a fire pit and all the space in the world. There was a Golden Eagle hanging out in a tree and a rattlesnake skin 10 ft from our RV. It's 30ish minutes from Bozeman and even less to the airport. We met Roger and his wife briefly. They we're very easy to communicate with and easily earn a 10/10. We'll be back!

1 night at Pipestone Ringingrocks Rv & Cabins

Clean and quiet. Close to Ringing Rocks and tons of ATV trails. No hookups but water is available at a spigot. Sites are graveled and have a picnic table, a couple of chairs and a fire pit. Watch out for catus if you get off the established roads and gravel pads. We camped there on 8/6/2025 with a 30-foot 5th wheel. Rigs of any size are OK. Most sites are back-in, but a couple of sites are pull through. Don't be surprised when you see the extra cost for the HipCamp fees.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The spots are nice and spacious. Being right on the river was a huge plus. We stayed 2 nights in our RV with our dogs and they loved it too! It’s a private piece of land that you open and close the locked gate to so it feels very secluded and safe. You can hear some road noise when you’re outside, but it’s honestly not much. Just a short drive into Three Forks downtown which is adorable, don’t forget to stop at the Farmstand that’s close by the camp! I would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your little heaven on earth with everyone🌲⛺️🌊

We loved camping here right next to the river. It was serene, lovely, and had all we needed. Plenty of flat space to pitch a tent, hang out, and not be bothered by other people. We also loved that the camp space was locked so no one else could get in without the padlock code.

Ah! I can't say enough good things about this spot. I only stayed for a night, but I wish it was longer. Beautiful sunsets, zen scenery, a large area to post-up / set-up camp in and close access to the river to dip your toes in... it doesn't get much better than that! Roger is super friendly and helpful upon arrival. It's a relatively quiet location with the occasional train (which added to the whole vibe, imo!) and I was able to reach the site with my little teardrop trailer with ease. Traveling alone, feeling safe is a priority, and I felt really good about it my entire stay. I will 100% opt to stay here again in the future when passing through Three Forks!
