This is a 20'x13' wall tent from Idaho on an elevated deck with hardwood floors. It has a 6' shaded deck with high table seating that looks over the lake and back yard. Three walls are framed for more comfort. There is a bathhouse with toilet, shower, and laundry for the GlampCamp occupants. There is a vacation house, that can also be rented, on the same property but the privacy fence and yard are a good buffer zone. GlampCamp's private space is the deck behind the privacy fence. No shower, but a toilet (water flushing compost system) and camp kitchen are available for two cabins and one campsite to share. The sites are generously spaced and feel private. Each cabin has a hammock, deck, and cafe table and chairs. There is also a shared picnic table and campfire ring to use when conditions are safe. We’re happy to advise on ways to take advantage of the many outdoor recreation opportunities in the area, as well as how to explore the property without getting lost:)

The Mooseshroom is an awesome camping community that is just 7 miles from the west side of Glacier National Park. Community fire pits near the Commons are a short walk from whichever tent spot guests are assigned. The Commons also houses the bathrooms and inside/outside kitchen areas. There is plenty of seating, hammocks and picnic tables for guests to use as well. We also have two yurts available for booking on our property. The Mooseshroom is a licensed business that is limited to hosting 18 guests per night. Guests should expect a quiet, peaceful camping experience with plenty of room to enjoy their surroundings. ***This property is adjacent Highway 2 and there is a fair amount of road noise. There's also a train that's fairly close. The noise kinda comes with the territory, guests are also 10 minutes from the west entrance to the park. The noise does tend to subside considerably at night, but for those bothered by this type of noise, you might consider an alternate location. Most guests are truly fine with it.

For skiing Fernie, Whitefish Mountain, and Turner Mountain are all within about a forty-five minute or less drive! Make sure you check out Cafe Jax 3 for $7.00 breakfast menu, the Old Red Barn, and The Montana Farmacy Soap Saloon that has candies and all sorts of goodies! Your host makes and sells gifts baskets with Montana items and Lemon Grass Spa and Makeup Products! Cabin has electricity but no running water at this point, come and experience a true piece of Montana History!!!
