If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. Partly forested and partly pasture land, we boast Aspen, Fir, Spruce and Pine trees. Wildlife that commonly pass through include coyote, elk, deer and badger. Weekend Trip to Cozy Mountain Bungalow
The cabin was great - it was a small shed converted into a cabin that had a single (full-sized? queen?) bed with a rocking chair, an armoir, and a small closet. The bathroom was an attached outhouse with sawdust to soak up waste and neutralize any smells. They provided a camping sink with 5 gallons of water, a camping gas stove, a citranella candle, and plates, bowls, and utensils. The cabin sits towards the middle of the driveway to the hosts' house and they have the friendliest dog. My son and I had a great time. Zero light pollution, no noise pollution, just fresh north Idaho air.
