This is a 1 acre fully fenced property located south of Dillon. There are a variety of spots for you to set up an RV, tent, or car camp! We are close to many river access points! There's also room to park boats, ATVs and all the other toys you have! There's a water hose w/ potable water, electric access, garbage, and access to a full bathroom (shower included) at the owners residence. *pets are welcome, but please note their are 2 dogs on the property (we can make arrangements for them not to come into contact w/ your pets if needed!) There are free ranging chickens on the property so we ask that your pets do not harm the chickens. There is 1 cat roaming around as well.

This property is a rural oasis. Located just ten miles from Ennis and two miles from the Madison river, this is the perfect camp spot to call home for day hiking, biking and fishing adventures. The spot is flat with grass for a tent or large enough to pull in a camper. It’s in a rural neighborhood surrounded by mostly residents and some vacation rentals. The views are endless. You have access to a spring red creek for fishing, swimming and relaxing.

Come spend some time with us on the Beaverhead River! Our small family wants to share our slice of heaven with you all. The RV Pad is 27 ft long and can typically fit up to a 45 ft trailer. A 30 AMP hookup is available with water supplied and a waste hookup available. You will need to provide all of the waste disposal/sewer hose necessary to hookup to the waste disposal as well as your electrical cord to hookup to the 30 amp outlet. My husband and I live on the property with our 1 year old and our mid size dog. Dogs are welcome with the understanding that the property is not fenced in and that our dog may establish some boundaries with your dog as she is an unfixed alpha female. We live in the log cabin next to the the RV pad and are currently renovating the house on the property. The RV pad is about 100 feet from the Beaverhead River where you have full access to recreate and fish. This property is on the eastern edge of Dillon and just upstream from Selway Bridge. Many birds migrate through here in the Summer time and are a joy to watch on bank of the river. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. I do not want you on the property with dogs if they are going to go after the chickens or if they are obnoxious barkers. Of course reach out with any questions. We look forward to meeting you!

This was a perfect spot close enough to Virginia City, but far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet! Also only 1 1/2 hours for Yellowstone! Perfect set up for tent camping! We really enjoyed this location!

Cool little spot tucked among the farms just Southwest of town! Ali was a very responsive and gracious host, and the animals (chickens, roosters, dog, cat, etc.) were all very friendly. Very quiet at night so we slept really well! We were just passing through, so didn't get to spend a ton of time onsite, but would definitely stay again!
