This is a 1 acre fully fenced property located south of Dillon. There are a variety of spots for you to set up an RV, tent, or car camp! We are close to many river access points! There's also room to park boats, ATVs and all the other toys you have! There's a water hose w/ potable water, electric access, garbage, and access to a full bathroom (shower included) at the owners residence. *pets are welcome, but please note their are 2 dogs on the property (we can make arrangements for them not to come into contact w/ your pets if needed!) There are free ranging chickens on the property so we ask that your pets do not harm the chickens. There is 1 cat roaming around as well.The RV site can be chosen based on your desires for easy electric hook up or privacy! Located within 1 mile of I-15! There is a hammock hung up for use, a potable water hose, electric hook up, wifi (can vary depending on location on the property), and farm fresh eggs are available. You have full access to a full bathroom in the owners residence. This is a quiet location on a minimally trafficked gravel road, within 2 miles of the Barrett's River Park. Great access to the rivers and Pioneer Mountains.

You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

Flush toilet. Guests are welcome to bring their own toliet or use a full bathroom inside the residence as they please.
Pets allowed
Off leash, on leash. Please note, there are 2 labs (dogs), 1 cat, and 24 chickens on the property and we would like pets to respect this. The dogs are not free roaming and we can arrange for the dogs to not interact with your pets, just let us know!
No campfires
Kindling is provided. Firewood can be purchased from the host for a small fee.
Potable water available
Hose, pump or well. Our water is well water.
Showers available
Hot water , cold water only
Bins available
Compost bin, recycling bin, trash bin. We have a home compost and certain food waste can be given to chickens. We only recycle glass, tin and steel cans, aluminum and paper per county regulations.

It may be limited in certain areas of the property.

First of all, Ali is the most accommodating hostess. Just like family to us. The eggs were tasty for sure. We enjoyed her dog, cat, and chickens. Perfect place for us. Close to Town and Country Market the ideal place to shop. If I could give her 10+++++ I would.

You cannot find more accommodating hosts anywhere. Ali invited us to be part of her family for a night. She provided an amazing full bathroom for us to use with shower and the works. We hadn't had a real shower in a week, so it was so appreciated. Her kindness is just who she is. Ali provided electricity so we could charge our laptops and water to drink. She said her door is alway open and she wasn't kidding. She has two sweet dogs and an outdoor cat that was as sweet as her owner's. We felt so welcomed. The plot of land is not huge, but we fit a car and camper just fine with room to spare. Slept very well and off to the next stop. Great place to pull over, shower, sleep and hit the road. She also has sweet chickens and had fresh eggs for us. Now top that! Thank you Ali for your kindness and superior hosting.

Cool little spot tucked among the farms just Southwest of town! Ali was a very responsive and gracious host, and the animals (chickens, roosters, dog, cat, etc.) were all very friendly. Very quiet at night so we slept really well! We were just passing through, so didn't get to spend a ton of time onsite, but would definitely stay again!

Ali was very kind and welcoming and had a lot of great tips and advice. She had chickens running around and she even gave us a few eggs. The spot was private and level. The bathroom and shower are in her home. Wry nice place!
