Small fire pit, not great but available for guests unless fireban is on during dry conditions short drive to several acres of public ground, ATV access, hiking, and mountain biking and fishing This is an 80-acre working ranch with cows, irrigation and hay so you may have to drive through the cows and there will be cowpies :-). Great cell service and private property on both sides, easy access to campsite. 10-minute drive to historic Grant Kohrs Ranch, old prison museum and many other unique Montana experiences.

We very much enjoyed camping on Annette's land. It's close to trails and downtown Helena. We parked and used our bikes and ebikes to get around. The spot is tucked into trees on a quiet rural street. We found Helena to be very charming and welcoming.
We spent an afternoon at Broadwater Hot Springs, just a few miles away. $17 day use fee and you can use their various pools, sauna, and gym. Poolside snack service too!

We had a nice weekend on Dawson’s property . It’s very private with great river access for fishing and playing in the water. We loved being able to let our dogs have the freedom to run around and play in the water as well. The mosquitoes were pretty bad, mostly in the evenings, but Dawson set up a screen tent around the picnic table which made a nice gathering spot for meals by the campfire. We’d go back for sure!

This location is snug in a small but ample plot. The back end is nicely wooded and its location stays super nice temperature wise. Hope on our next Montana trip it is still available! It’s conveniently located not far from anything in Helena. Owner and neighbors are super friendly!

Location right is on the river and very close to other river access put ins, one is very close / walking distance. The land had great flat areas for camper / tent. It is between two other houses but yet still feel nice privacy and much more peaceful / quiet than a campground. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful spot. Be sure and bring Bug spray. The only negative we saw was the fire pit was to far from the water as its nice to hear the water at night while sitting by the fire. Would recommend. Great communication. They even had an opening and let us stay an extra night.
