I am one mile from Hwy 93 so you can hear traffic noise sometimes. Planes do fly over once in awhile as well. This is a dry camp and rustic camping, sites are fairly far apart.
This property is so beautiful and peaceful out here at night. Seasonal Spring fed pond, Ponderosa pine trees, fallen white birch, rustic and gorgeous. Some of my camp spots are on rough terrain. I always suggest you get out and walk around to see what you can manage with your vehicle.
The idea of my place is more wilderness camping, there is wildlife that come through.
RV camp spots on the east and west end of the pond. Camp spot out by the wooden round pen on the west side.
Completely private, borders 2000 acres of a bird sanctuary. Two blocks from Bitterroot river canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swim, trails, hiking, scenery, wildlife.
My pond is spring fed, which means that is goes up and down with the seasons and run off from the snow in the mountains and collects cotton from the trees when they shed. As the summer goes by the pond levels go way down, please be aware of that.

We are 20 miles east of Missoula, MT near the Kettlehouse Ampitheater in Bonner. Our location is halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park. There are mountain bike paths, river access points for paddling, rafting or fishing within minutes of our land. We can even help you know where to go. Our land is surrounded by Nature Conservancy land with a public recreation easement, so you can hike and take your horse for a ride very easily, just let us know and we will point you in the right direction.
Our child had a significant medical emergency that required a lot of travel to Seattle Children's and 4 brain surgeries recently, so we are just getting the garden back up and running and the sheep are happy. Unfortunately no chickens this year.
In a vehicle, you can pull into one of our pastures for your stay. Where you are depends on which field the sheep are eating! Tents also work in the field. We do not have any hookups, but there is potable water in the blue hydrant by the yellow tube. The fields are that - pasture fields. There are quiet neighbors across the fence who now have goats on one side. We are happy to offer advice about local attractions via messaging.

Welcome to our working horse ranch, home to Belgian heavy draft and Friesian horses. We offer carriage, wagon, and sleigh rides (availability may vary), and camping is set in a lush green horse pasture that is not currently in use.
Because this is an active ranch, you may hear typical ranch sounds throughout the day. Work often begins around 7:00 AM, and occasionally activity may continue into the evening or late at night.
We usually greet guests upon arrival whenever possible. However, since we may be out working when you arrive, we’ll send a text with check-in and arrival instructions. You’re always welcome to call if you have questions or run into any issues.
A quick note about the roads: several reviews mention the county gravel roads leading to our property. From Hwy 93, there are three turnoffs that all bring you here—each is about 3 miles and similar in distance and condition. Road quality mainly depends on how recently the county grader has passed through. This is Montana—we love our gravel roads, and we like taking it slow!

We are located on the Flathead Indian Reservation, home of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. A recreation or fishing permit is recommended and can be purchased here: https://ols.fwp.mt.gov/
Please note that railroad tracks run through the property, and trains pass through day and night.

We have water and electricity hookups. There are 2 restaurants in Alberton that are about 1 mile away. Pets welcome as long as they get along with other pets. We are 20 miles east of Missoula, MT near the Kettlehouse Ampitheater in Bonner. Our location is halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park. There are mountain bike paths, river access points for paddling, rafting or fishing within minutes of our land. We can even help you know where to go. Our land is surrounded by Nature Conservancy land with a public recreation easement, so you can hike and take your horse for a ride very easily, just let us know and we will point you in the right direction.
Our child had a significant medical emergency that required a lot of travel to Seattle Children's and 4 brain surgeries recently, so we are just getting the garden back up and running and the sheep are happy. Unfortunately no chickens this year.
In a vehicle, you can pull into one of our pastures for your stay. Where you are depends on which field the sheep are eating! Tents also work in the field. We do not have any hookups, but there is potable water in the blue hydrant by the yellow tube. The fields are that - pasture fields. There are quiet neighbors across the fence who now have goats on one side. We are happy to offer advice about local attractions via messaging.

Paradise at Riverbend is truly a great get away spot. With all the activities the Clark Fork River and western MONTANA have to offer. The camp site is on about a 1/4 acre. There is a nice covered area, fire pit, picnic table and a number of parking spots. Fresh water is available.
The campsite is located about 7+miles from the town of Superior with all the small-town amenities.
WE ARE ONLY TAKING SELF CONTAINED RV's AND TENTERS. THERE IS A PORT-A-POTY ON SITE.

Space is level and quiet. Plenty of space to set up solar panels and do dog training. Space is far enough away from structures that quiet generators can't be heard at all by neighbors. Also managed neighborhood dog walks without issue. Drivers were slow and courteous to pedestrians.
Was quickly greeted by two curious cats and enjoyed watching a couple young deer play in the grass just 20 feet from my trailer.
Would stay again.

Great stop over spot right off the interstate. We rolled in after dark and still found it without issue. Taller vehicles be aware there are some low hanging branches but they are pretty bendy so I pushed through just fine. The entrance to field number 1 was pretty tight for our travel trailer. The car parked next to the garage meant I had to take it slow and watch my mirrors. But for the price, totally worth it.

This is a lovely spot. There is easy access from Hwy 200, a nice big turnaround if you are pulling a camper, and a trail that leads down to the water for some relaxing time watching the water go by. If you have pets, there is a barbed wire fence that helpfully separates the land from the road. We'll definitely go back.

Listen to those reviews because they are RIGHT! Booked a month ahead as we are on a long roadtrip. This place did not disappoint one bit and Dolly was an absolute gem!
Maybe the porta potty is a complaint in other reviews but it’s super well maintained and clean. This is NOT a bougie campground. It is real camping.
Hope to make it back again soon and excited to see the additions Dolly wants to make!

This was a great spot for when you need a safe spot to park while going out in Missoula. I felt comfortable leaving my campervan here while going to a concert. It was quiet too. It isn’t exactly a Hipcamp experience, you are parked basically just in the driveway right next to the house. But it was perfect for what I needed, as my plans were more about having somewhere within the city to stay.
