We have 2 sites, nestled in the pines, available to accommodate RV's. Our sites are level and include power and water hookups. In addition, we also have a 24' Thor Motorhome available for rent.
We have an abundance of wildlife that visits the property including deer, elk, moose, the occasional bear, fox, owls, turkeys, quail and birds. We have a flourishing garden and chickens on the property as well and will be adding a greenhouse and farmstand to offer our goods in the near future.
Attractions near us include just about anything you want to do outside: numerous hiking trails, atv riding from the property, Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge, 50 mile Bitterroot Trail walk/bike path, Fort Owen State Park, golfing, Bitterroot River for fishing, swimming and boating. We are 20 miles east of Missoula, MT near the Kettlehouse Ampitheater in Bonner. Our location is halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park. There are mountain bike paths, river access points for paddling, rafting or fishing within minutes of our land. We can even help you know where to go. Our land is surrounded by Nature Conservancy land with a public recreation easement, so you can hike and take your horse for a ride very easily, just let us know and we will point you in the right direction.
Our child had a significant medical emergency that required a lot of travel to Seattle Children's and 4 brain surgeries recently, so we are just getting the garden back up and running and the sheep are happy. Unfortunately no chickens this year.
In a vehicle, you can pull into one of our pastures for your stay. Where you are depends on which field the sheep are eating! Tents also work in the field. We do not have any hookups, but there is potable water in the blue hydrant by the yellow tube. The fields are that - pasture fields. There are quiet neighbors across the fence who now have goats on one side. We are happy to offer advice about local attractions via messaging.

Great stop over spot right off the interstate. We rolled in after dark and still found it without issue. Taller vehicles be aware there are some low hanging branches but they are pretty bendy so I pushed through just fine. The entrance to field number 1 was pretty tight for our travel trailer. The car parked next to the garage meant I had to take it slow and watch my mirrors. But for the price, totally worth it.
