Fire Om Earth Camp

Located on 15 private acres, just shy of one mile from downtown Eureka, our retreat center offers platforms for tent camping, level small RV or Vanlife camping, or any other camper that will fit a space no bigger than 24ft. The property is down a dirt road just outside of town, wooded, peaceful, and features many hiking trails. Take a loop around the labyrinth, walk the property, or sign up for classes at the studio. Fire Om Earth Retreat Center is a Botanical Sanctuary of Medicinal Herbal Plants and the Home of Skydancer Apothecary. Conveniently located right off Hwy 62 and Houseman Access Rd, we are minutes away from Beaver Lake, The White River, and Table Rock Lake, as well as Mark Twain National Forrest. Nearby you can find a full 18-Hole Disk Golf course, Beaver Bridge aka The Little Golden Gate, a plethora of Hiking & Riding trails, Swimming, Floating, Boating, Fishing, Nightlife/Entertainment (The Farm and SideBar,) and many other activities to keep you busy before you ever step foot in town! Potable Well Water is available onsite to fill containers. There are several great spots for Hammocks! We have 1 cut in site and several dispersed potential sites- you can pull off the driveway to camp or walk into the woods to camp in a more secluded spot. The more secluded spots are not accessible by car we have a wagon and can help you haul gear if you ask. Please remember when choosing a spot- this is a leave no trace, pack in pack out property and, most importantly, our home so please be mindful of waste and take out whatever you bring in with you including trash. Even though we are right off Hwy 62, we have a full line of trees separating us from the highway so you don’t see it, but can hear it slightly. Overall it’s a quiet spot with beautifully manicured flowerbeds and wild vegetation to the enjoy including butterfly bushes, zinnias, and other popular pollinator/butterfly attractants! Fires are allowed as long as proper Fire Safety Guidelines are followed (including use of a fire ring/barrier and ensuring your fire is properly extinguished. There’s LOTS of rock available onsite to make a fire ring.) Split firewood is available onsite for a small fee, or feel free to harvest wood from the woods surrounding the property for free, but please do NOT bring or use Out of Region wood on our property due to pests. Bonus: I’m deeply Involved in the local music scene here and am a musician myself, so if you are a musician and would like to do some campfire picking while you are here-or aren’t a musician and Would enjoy the music- send me a message. We have a large fire pit near the house that’s perfect for pickin’ around. We are a pet friendly property, and have pets ourselves, but any pets brought onto the property MUST be dog friendly and kept on a leash/tether at all times. Although we cater to adults only this is not a swingers club or sexual campground and we follow TNSF and AANR guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain is a nice quiet place to relax and work on your tan. We have RV sites, tent camping areas a bus and camper available. The White River offers the region’s best Trout Fishing and Beaver Lake is well known for its big Striped & Largemouth Bass. Canoeing is also popular on the White River The blue ribbon Kings River, which is a world class Smallmouth Bass fishery is 12 miles from the venue. The Farm sits about 9 miles outside of historic Victorian town of Eureka Springs Arkansas which offers a wide variety of shopping and nightlife entertainment, This venue offers 360 degree panoramic views of the heart of the Ozarks. In addition to being a campground, the venue also hosts multi-day music festivals, concerts, food competitions and more. We do have ice and firewood for sale. It is self serve and located by the barn with a payment box (video surveillance)

The Homestead at Rocky Acres, PMA has a variety of offerings, including "Creek-side Camping" in an open grass field with plenty of shade trees (including a few mulberries...yum!) along side our spring fed creek. The creek offers small swimming holes with fish, crawdads, tadpoles, and frogs, oh my! There is plenty of nature to hike around, including up to the pasture to visit the horses and pony or along the creek-bed to forage. Onsite, we also offer "The Homestead at Rocky Acres" with three cabins for nightly rentals for a comfortable and cozy stay in nature; cabins are available to be rented individually or for your next group event. Our resort area, "The Vue at Rocky Acres", boasts a luxury barn and pool/hot tub with amazing views and would be perfect for your next event be it a wedding, birthday party, family reunion or retreat! Daily passes to "The Vue" are available upon request for use of pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen, at an additional charge. We also offer "Horse-play at Rocky Acres" which includes horseback riding lessons, custom experiences, camps and trail rides in partnership with Dawson’s Equine Connection! This is a remote and rugged campground with caves, bluffs, swimming holes and river a plenty. This campground has a grand exhibition of the same sandstone formation that is responsible for the Whitaker Point (Hawksbill Crag) formation. Clovis like points have been found here, and so one might assume the bluffs and crags here have been inhabited for millennia. This 7 acre property is completely surrounded by Arkansas Natural Heritage-Natural Area. There are miles of trails and cooling waters at every turn. If you like Kings River Falls, get ready to fall in love with this Red Fern Campground. So pack your curiosity, lace up your hiking boots, and let the whispering leaves guide you. Kings River Falls awaits, ready to share its secrets with those who listen. Where time slows down and the modern world fades away. Every turn reveals a new wonder; a hidden waterfall an unnoticed cave or bluff or a moss-covered boulder. It’s not just a place; it’s an experience an invitation to step beyond the ordinary and into a world where magic still thrives and fairy tales come alive. Here, the forest whispers secrets, and the river sings a timeless song. Most of our campsites are just yards away from a public swimming area, which is shared between our property and the Arkansas Natural Area. You should expect local traffic at the main swimming area during your stay. We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions). There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

Cold Creek Valley

Cold Creek Valley currently has three secluded, primitive camp sites nestled in 24 acres of rolling hills in the Ozarks. There are four marked/maintained hiking trails on the property with others actively being carved out of the woods. They take you through varying types of terrain and multiple rock features. The creek borders a beautiful meadow and flows during the wetter months. A pond sits near the back of the property and is a great place to spot wildlife. We are located less than 30 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, as well as under an hour from Branson and the Buffalo National River areas. Northwest Arkansas has something for everyone - from endless outdoor activities to art galleries and high-end dining.
