We have 40 acres of woods, tiny waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. Blackberry's are available to pick in late June or early July. There are three logging trails that you can bush wack your way through just behind the campground. Hobbs State National Park is close by off Scenic Highway 12, with biking, and walking trails galore! We are also close to many of the NW Arkansas mountain biking trails in the area! Access to Beaver Lake is a short drive or a long hike down the scenic rock roads. Due to the remote, and private location, we want to remind everyone that consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will not be tolerated. Safety is very important to us. Found some trees perfect for a hammock, hiked down the rock trail, made a campfire cake, had camp coffee and enjoyed the scenery. It was my kind of party. Camper was in good shape, smelled and looked clean. Having a flushable toilet, a queen size bed to sleep in, and the option to use the stove were all very convenient (especially with a 4 year old). Great place for the price, I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was peaceful and fun. Host was responsive.

Weekend Trip to Tin Top Village
This little cabin in the woods was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville. Not too far from town and located in a beautiful forest. We will definitely return. If you are a big coffee drinker, I recommend bringing your own.

We loved our stay at the Country Cabin. It's 15 minutes from downtown, but it feels out in the sticks. The cabin was clean and well-stocked, the A/C kept us cool, the shower was hot, the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The nights were quiet, perfect for fires and nature. We will be back!

Such a great spot to camp, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Vick has put a lot of time and thought into these properties, and it shows. I don't think we were missing anything during our stay. Two big thumbs up!

Very cute spot! The cabin was super cosy. My favorite part was the camp kitchen! Bathrooms were nice and had an outhouse closer to camps for those who didn’t feel like walking. Hosts were very kind.

I can't speak more highly of Vickie's lodging. It had everything a weary traveler would need. Extremely comfortable fold-out bed, adorable cozy loft, and a screened porch (my favorite part). I tried to book it again, but it was already reserved.

We bought our land in 2004 for riding and getting away. Built a cabin for us and our 6 children to stay in, when we came riding.  We have been told that these hills were once used as strawberry farms. We still find wild strawberries growing. The hills we ride and hike in, were once used by Jessie James and his gang.  They robbed the local bank in Pineville, MO.  And the first Jessie James movie, filmed in 1939, with Tyrone Power as Jessie James and Henry Fonda played Frank James.
