(We do not have a dump station) RJM One RV is designed to provide comfort and security for RVers that are looking for a safe place to rest for a couple nights. Overnight parking is what we had in mind, but the peace of mind and small number of total guests (5 total parking spots) could be the quick getaway that weekend, escapists crave. There are fire pits, benches and a picnic table. There are wildlife (deer, raccoons, hawks and foxes). Plenty of (gravel) parking is available.

We are located about a half mile off the main highway right out side of town. Back in our second driveway and enjoy our little bit of paradise. Hang out at the tiki bar and grill some burgers or sit on the beach and enjoy the sunshine. You can also sit by the goldfish pond and listen to the water run down the stream. You can end the night with a nice fire in the fire pit.. this site offers a little bit of everything, no need to go anywhere else you can have a nice getaway at the 107. Full hook ups are available 30 and 50 amp.

Really exceptional place. The hosts are tremendous people and do a terrific job of making you feel valued and cared for. It is our favorite place so far in our travels. Really fun stuff to do in the area if you venture out. Fantastic disc golf park nearby. The site amenities are superb. Highly recommend this site.

One of the best camp sites we’ve ever had. Pull in site. Water pressure was great. Dump tank pipe was perfect distance. Campground was very clean and quiet. The point is by far the best site in the camp ground. Water on 3 sides. If we didn’t live 6 hours away, we would camp here every weekend. Very level site. Gavel pad. Fire ring is small, but portable. We never saw the host. Local PD drove through a few times. New Athens Police cheif said they never have issues in the campground. 10/10 would recommend.

Love the quiet place on the river. The Point spot was beautiful in you had your own little peninsula. There is a fire pit available on the end. The only odd thing was that for the hook ups they are on a side that you will have to pull into. We actually pulled in on the side to pack into. Apparently it was the side that was not intended for us. Still it’s an amazing place to stay. I don’t know that we would be back in the area but would happily stay again.
