Restaurants, food trucks, groceries, banking and laundry facilities are only 2 miles away in Pea Ridge. We have 10 designated campsites and 10 dispersed campsite locations that are not in any designated area to allow guests some say as to where they camp. We are very flexible with arrival and departure times. We do offer group camping We will allow low-noise generators to be used in dispersed campsites. ** Please let us know If you are planning to use a generator. We had a great time here. Beautiful land and cozy cabin. Very comfortable and great kitchen set up with induction stove and convection countertop oven. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything from board games to laundry soap. The hosts John and Ginny are nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back when we can stay longer.

Excellent location for cycling. Short drive from town located right on some of the best gravel routes in the sugar creek/Pea Ridge area. Rustic camp site with 30 amp hookup. Plus size port-a-potties, And amazing outdoor shower with propane tankless hot water heater. I will definitely stay here again. I would recommend not choosing one of the numbered sites, and choosing the best site of available when you get there based on shade requirements. A few of the sites have zero shade.

5 nights at Sugar Creek Hollow + Horse Facility

This place was very peaceful. It had 30A power and water but no sewage or garbage. It’s not too far out of town, on a road that is very nice for gravel riding or running. The only downside is that the gate to get in and out is kinda tight, so it’s not super easy to get in and out with my 28ft airstream.

I love car camping in the the overland area at James place. It was far enough from the main part of the campground that I felt like I had privacy when I wanted it and close enough to hike in to hang out and join some of the other guests that were there for the weekend. The sun deck was great for catching some sunshine, the main firepit was awesome for gathering around with new friends and the hot tub was perfect place to relax before hiking out to my site for the bed. I am already trying to figure out a time to get back back out there. I cannot wait to visit Sunset Mountain again.
