Holliday Landing Resort & Marina offers a variety of beautiful campsites to meet your camping needs. There are 11 sites with water, electric, and sewer hook-ups, 28 sites with water and electric, there is a secluded mini-loop where tent campers can enjoy the same access and amenities. All water and electric campsites have 30/120 amp electric service and frost-free water. Guests may use the modern restroom facility with showers. A dump station is available for your use.
Each non-primitive site has a gravel pad for RV campers and parking, a grassy area for tent camping, visiting, or playing, a picnic table, and a fire ring with grill. Each primitive site has a grassy area, picnic table, and fire ring with no designated parking area.

Located in a serene valley in the Ozark Highlands, the Ranch has Sheep, Scottish Highland Cattle, Chickens, Ducks and Great Pyrenees livestock guard dogs (only in the sheep pastures - and they are friendly). If you want to meet our animals and see the farm we are happy to show you around!
This is a unique site located in the Ozark Highlands. Only 45 minutes from Cape Girardeau (a small river town on the Mississippi), and 45 minutes from the Arcadia Valley including Taum Sauk mountain (the highest point in Missouri), Elephant Rocks, the Johnston Shutins, and other beautiful areas in the highlands.
The farm is five minutes from Marble Hill, which is home to the Bollinger County Natural History museum which highlights the only dinosaur bones found in Missouri. The bones were found at a farm in Glennallen (a few minutes from our farm) as well as a great barbeque (Jay’s Restaurant) and a good catfish restaurant (Jers Restaurant). On the way to our farm, feel free to stop at the 1,700 foot deep artesian well to get a cool, refreshing jug of natural artesian well water – the water is free, but you have to bring your own containers!
We are two and a half hours southwest of St. Louis, and two and half hours northwest of Memphis.

The farm is very rural. We are 16 miles to the closest gas station, and 25 miles to town. There is no internet. Cell phone service is spotty at best.
Currently a working farm, we have 2 high tunnels on the property behind the house, and our original market garden.
Across the creek we are finishing up our 5 acre agroforestry planting. 3 acres of elderberries and 2 acres of blackberries.

I loved the campsite! The options for tent placement were quite nice and hearing the stream while drifting off to sleep was Lovely. The stars were amazing and the privacy was noticable and excellent. I intent to return and enjoyed my stay.

Appreciated the level pad for our travel trailer, the closeness of the shower house, the firewood provided, and the picnic table/firepit area locations for each camper spot.

Very well taken care of campground and Misty and her staff were a delight!
There are so many little hidden spots they have setup to just relax in the woods by the creek. The road noise is noticeable, but the area makes up for it for sure!!!

Site #3 was an awesome, serene spot. We went in October, so the water is a bit cold. We waded around with the dogs, and THEY had a blast swimming here, but we mostly enjoyed the view. It was extremely secluded and a perfect getaway. We WILL be returning next year during the summer to take advantage of that swimming hole.

Very nice owner. The spots had plenty of room and were well laid out. I did have to use my mascerator pump to dump the tanks due to the sewer connection being uphill from our tank hook-ups. If your tank hook-ups were at the rear of your RV this would not be an issue but ours are forward of the axles. The park is in a good and quiet location.

We absolutely loved this spot! We made it back to the camp spot in a two wheel drive highlander but we left a little early due to a storm coming and we were nervous we may not make it back out without 4 wheel drive. We swam and had a great time. It's a beautiful secluded places and that's exactly what we wanted. We will definitely come back.

I have a rooftop tent and really enjoyed this spot. I had a wonderful quiet evening. Love that there is a shower and restroom right there next to the sites. Hosts were very kind and extremely responsive. Oh! And they even provide wood for your campfire, which is awesome. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again!

We had such a wonderful experience tent camping at Melissa’s land. The property is peaceful and spacious, with plenty of room to set up comfortably. The highlight for us was the beautiful, clear water nearby—perfect for cooling off and just soaking in the natural beauty. Evenings were just as magical: sitting around a crackling campfire under a clear night sky full of stars made the whole stay unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway where you can connect with nature, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and quiet. Owner showed up immediately upon arrival to assist and meet us. I really liked how the camps were setup because it was neighbor oriented and made you feel like you were in your own backyard.

Absolutely perfect secluded primitive swimming hole spot, just as described. Loved it so much we immediately booked it again for our next camping weekend! Be aware gps may take you to the owner’s home on the opposite side of the creek from the campsites. The correct road into the site has a hipcamp sign clearly displayed.

Nice, quiet, secluded campground.
Our site had 30 amp electric. Water was nearby. There is an on-site dump. On-site showers and bathrooms. They are working on improvements.
Owners were friendly and helpful.
I would stay there again.

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED CAMPSITE 31! IT WAS SECLUDED, SHADED, AND HAS GREAT VIEWS. YOU ARE NOT ON TOP OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. THE BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN. WE DIDN'T GET TO SWIM BUT THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND VERY INVITING. DOG FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. STAFF WAS EASILY REACHED AND NICE ABOUT ME CALLING TO GET FIREWOOD AND STAY AND EXTRA NIGHT. WE VISITED STATE PARKS CLOSE BY, THERE WERE PLENTY OF SWIMMING HOLES WE ENJOYED. THEY HAD A STORE YOU CAN CALL STAFF TO MAKE A PURCHASE, LIMITED MERCHANDISE. WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY OUR TIME AND PLAN TO GO BACK AS SOON AS WE CAN!

Staying on Ed and Terri's farm was absolutely wonderful. They made us feel so welcome, we got to meet all the animals and learn about how they run the farm. We stayed right by the animals and watched the fireflies at night. The next day we bought some of their produce, the sheep's milk is amazing. Thanks so much, we can't wait to come back

Stayed at Site 3 and it was awesome. Had a blast with the dogs. You are camping in the woods for sure. It is super rocky and in the wooded areas there’s a ton of ticks so just come prepared and you’ll have the most peaceful time. Private and perfect for swimming.
