We had an amazing experience at Howler Bike Park. Jennifer and John were the most accommodating hosts and truly went above and beyond. The temperature got very low this weekend and they went so far as to buy extra blankets and took them around to make sure we were warm enough. The glamping tent was spacious and close to the fire pit, restrooms, and all the great things at Base Camp. The restrooms and showers were very nice and well kept. The coffee shop, welcome center, the food truck - it was all spectacular. We will absolutely be coming back again.

The farm was such a peaceful spot to stay on our way down Route 66. I’m glad we found it not too far off of the beaten path. Teresa and her family were very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The campsite was private and comfortable. And there were so many things to do for fun! Definitely recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved staying at Howler. The owners have really thought about everything. It was a beautiful hike to get to the tents, but staff came to help with gear and bikes right after we called. The tents were spacious, beds were comfortable, and they are just the coziest and cutest thing. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and it was nice to have private shower rooms. We can’t say enough nice things about the owners and staff. John and Jen go above and beyond to make you feel like family while you’re there. The hiking trail and Swingset were great for kids and non-bikers, and the bike trails were a great challenge. We would recommend this place just for a weekend getaway, even if you’re not into mountain biking.

We loved the Howler Hideout! It was the perfect size space for the 3 of us (my husband and our toddler). The space was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need, & there is even onsite laundry. And of course, the best part was that you could go ride or visit base camp, then pop right back up stairs to grab a snack or get warm.

Jann and Betsy are the most kind, accommodating, and friendly hosts we have ever had the joy of interacting with! Their campsite/land is beautiful and so quiet. We loved being able to access the creek and cool off in the afternoon, and to warm up by the fireplace in the evening. Everything was so clean and well cared for. Hot showers !! 👍 Truly loved this campsite and would recommend anyone needing a refreshing retreat, or just a great family friendly environment, to come to Little Creek! We really had a great stay at Howler! The tent platforms are so nice, the burgers at basecamp were absolutely delicious, and the bathroom/showers were also very nice. Most of all the staff was all so kind and very available to help us out when needed. We brought our young kids and they played on their swingset and rode their bikes on their little kid track. Something to mention would be that the tents sites are a bit of a walk down hill to basecamp. It’s a very well maintained path that is even lit at night, but you will definitely get in your steps.

The camp is perfect for a group of campers to camp together because there is lots of games available and a creek to swim in and lots of room for children to play. I would recommend it for reunions family or church groups or any other group to camp here. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and the facilities are clean and neat. The Hipcamp app lead us to believe there was no room for some bumper pull trailers but they can accommodate any size of bumper pull camper.
