Each RV slot provides a 1500 sq ft. area (25'x60' of asphalt), a 12' by 50' concrete pad, and full hook-ups including water, sewer and electrical (20, 30 and 50 amp) service. A centrally located handicap accessible bathhouse with showers is open at customer request to be utilized throughout the stay. Rates are available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. A drop box is available by the bathhouse for late night check-in, as park is available for 24 hour service. We look forward to your visit.

95 acres on the beautiful Topisaw Creek. Here we've raised 5 kids and a multitude of dogs, cats and chickens and a small herd of pineywoods cattle. The woods are quiet and undisturbed , harboring native species like jack in the pulpit, trillium and Florida anise. The spring-fed (and thus always refreshing!) Topisaw Creek forms the eastern border of our property, so plan to spend time on the sandy beaches and rock bars soaking up the sun or hunting for rocks and fossils (petrified wood and arrowheads have been found here). Many folks also enjoy a leisurely float down the creek in inner tubes ('tubing') or in a kayak. (Please note that after heavy rains the creek rises to epic heights and is too dangerous to navigate.) Great cell reception. Good restaurant down the road in Bovina. Loves truck stop just down the road. The existing road going in "Vickors Rd" can be bumpy, dusty, wet and may hold pools of water at times but the road itself is solid and will support the heaviest of vehicles.

Gravel is only provided at the entrance area, encircling the metal shed. Any driving off the gravel runs a risk of getting stuck in the slippery clay/mud. The property is well designed and tucked away from the world. A lake to fish from, a pool, a pavilion, 2 dog parks, a store. I just started my RV journey and have been to a few spots. This place exceeded my expectations. A must stop in Mississippi, along the I-20.

Plenty of room for running and ball games. We had a nice fire. Didn't get to try the gem mining b/c we ran out of time. The area was great for walking. Overall great stay!

The location is beautiful and the dog park was such a great bonus. My furry kids loved to have a place to run art and blow off some steam.

Askews Landing is truly a hidden gem in Mississippi. The scenery is breathtaking, with lush landscapes and tranquil waters that make it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. My wife and I had a fantastic time renting the paddle boats—gliding across the peaceful lake was both relaxing and fun. The area is also a great spot for fishing, with plenty of quiet corners to cast a line.
