All You Need is a 111 acre paradise that is home to some VERY unique and endangered habitat. Our northern boundary is a tract of DeSoto National Forest, where we have practically exclusive access to another 90 acres of longleaf pine savannah and more bottomland creeks.
The sandhills are a "desert in the rain," home to prickly pear cactus and yuccas, abundant lichens (deer "moss"), the endangered black pine snake, and our mascot, the also endangered Gopher Tortoise.
We're a nature education and retreat center where we share permaculture practices, homesteading/sustainable living skills, conservation practices, and approaches to connecting more deeply to the land. Check out our sister non-profit, the Burrow Nature Center.
You will have access to our many walking paths and our swimming pond, as well as a 15 minute walk to part of DeSoto National Forest, which butts up to our property line.
We would love to have you as our guest on the land, and are especially eager to meet travelers who deeply love nature and want to live in better relationship to it!

We bought this property only a few months ago after working hard and long on a decade-long dream come true! It’s a fully wooded, 4 acre L-shaped property, currently home to four residents. We are still in the earliest stages of building, so it’s a very rustic, off-grid experience, and with more visitors, we plan to build cabins and install solar and water collection systems, so we can have outdoor showers, natural pools, outhouses, community areas, a retreat center, and shops for community members to run their businesses from. We are following food forest and permaculture methods instead of traditional gardening, and our long-term vision for this land is a new garden of Eden!
We need all the help we can get, so we also offer volunteer trade opportunities to anyone interested. Or, if you just need a place to step back from the busy hub of society, ground and reconnect with nature, Soultribe is the sanctuary for you!
You may utilize the little spaces we currently have available for camping, or get in touch with your primal nature, explore our woods and cut down your own trail and campsite. We will be present to assist in any way, open to sharing and communal activities - or we can offer you solitude and privacy during your trip… it’s entirely up to you!

Great spot! The site had a nice flattened area for my tent a little into a wooded area. I was able to hang my hammock. And the spot is right in the edge of the walking trails which was lovely. I also had some car troubles and Jordan was very responsive and helpful!

The hosts were friendly and informative and very helpful with directions. The sight was the perfect size for all our gear with a great view of the pond. I decided on an afternoon swim after unpacking and was blown away by the crystal clear water and fish swimming around me. Not to mention the beautiful hand crafted community area on the shoreline. Everything was very well maintained while staying mindful of the surrounding ecosystem. My only regret was not booking another night and having more time to explore this beautiful property and catch one of the community fires!

This was such an interesting, educational glamping experience! We LOVED the trails with the QR codes to educational videos. The AC works great and was much needed yesterday. We had a wonderful experience! We booked the Yurt and the micro cabin for a family trip and both spaces were beautiful and comfortable. At one point the water stopped working and the hosts worked continuously to get it fixed and it was resolved within the day. Great trails. Very kid-friendly as well.

The land is absolutely beautiful, pond was refreshing and peaceful. I stayed in the micro cabin which was great. I would recommend that you do bring all of your own cooking supplies as there wasn't everything there that was needed and the outside space is not covered so when it was raining I didn't have access to the little kitchen.

We had a very peaceful camping experience, and the pond on the property was absolutely lovely. We visited over Memorial Day weekend, and the site before ours had a large group with about five cars. It made maneuvering a bit difficult, so I think the owners might consider setting a car limit per site. The lane for vehicles is very narrow, and with multiple cars, it becomes tricky to navigate.
Due to the holiday weekend and the number of guests, the composting toilet nearest to us ran out of sawdust. We stayed at Site 3, which we chose for its privacy—it’s the last site along the road and felt the most secluded. You can park your vehicle right next to the site, which was ideal since we slept in my truck bed the first night. However, it looks like they’re building an off-grid cabin nearby, which may affect Site 3’s privacy in the future.
Next time, I’d love to try Site 1—it looked spacious and even has private access to the pond. I also agree with another reviewer: the property could use better signage. We got lost for over an hour trying to find the pond on site and ended up following a misleading sign marked "pond" that actually led out to the National Forest.
That said, Jordan was a fantastic host. He checked in on us, promptly addressed an issue when someone tried to set up camp too close to our spot, and kept a close eye on the property. As two women traveling alone, we felt very safe and well cared for.

This was exactly what I had hoped for. The Yurt was very spacious. We really appreciated the piano being there. There was power to the Yurt, so we were able to charge our electronics. There were some bad storms our last night there, but we never felt unsafe. The Yurt is obviously well constructed and sturdy. It stayed cool enough during the day, thanks to it being in the shade and there's a wood stove if need be for cooler nights. We never needed it. The driveway to the site was easy enough in my all wheel drive SUV, but may be a bit tougher for smaller cars, especially if it is raining. We unfortunately didn't get to spend much time there during day light, so we didn't get to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

The land is beautiful, the trail very informative, and the pond was refreshing. We even reached out to do an extra-curricular activity for our kids, and Jordan was great!

We had a magical time camping at the all you need institute. Jordan was really friendly, and accommodating. He was around if you needed anything but also we felt like we had privacy when we wanted. The pond is beautiful and we got in to cool off. We will definitely be back, and I would recommend to anyone I know! We clamped under the bell tent and the beds were really comfortable. There is also plenty of space for tent camping too if that’s what you’re looking for.

Loved my short stay at this site. It was peaceful, had ample space, and a great view of a peaceful pond. The host were gracious and helpful. I will definitely stay longer next time.

Awesome property! Stayed in site 1 on the pond. Loved relaxing and just gazing at the beautiful clear water, hearing the trees and leaves blowing in the wind, watching the fish swim by and listening to the birds. Did the trail on the property and was really interesting to read the information plackets periodically placed. The lichen loop was really just that- lichen everywhere you looked! Loved seeing the tortoise burrows, even though i didn’t get a chance to see any tortoises. :) Jordan was super helpful. As a traveler camping alone, I felt safe and was able to really relax for my two nights there. Loved that there was a sink available and also a shower option.

1 night at All You Need Institute
Truly a healing stay at all you need. The pond is magical! We stayed in the yurt, which was wonderful. everyone was very welcoming and kind aswell :)
