Great spot to camp while on a long motorcycle tour. Ted was prompt with his communication. His site has everything you need. Power for charging your phone, an outdoor shower, a table with a couple chairs next to a fire ring and a clean porta-potty. If you don’t feel like cooking ride into Boyne City and go to Santé. The food was excellent.

This site is definitely away from it all. Great place to relax in nature. Tim is a awesome host. He came out to bring some wood, and we ended up doing a 2hr session during the rain. The care package made for a great night. Would definitely recommend this site.

Peaceful and quiet, shower, dry firewood. Felt like family after spending 4 nites. Ted and Rox were Very cordial and good company for a solo camper. Bootsie the cat was a nice surprise too, she Will sit and keep you company. Occasional zoomies for laughs. I will be back again!! 5/5

Beautiful secluded spot if you're tired of noisy neighbors! Close to lakes for boating and swimming. We have road bikes. Had two beautiful rides around Torch lake and Chain of Lakes. Very accessible to those spots. Walked up a two track from our site for amazing views of Skegemog lake and beyond. Picked lots of wild berries. 1/2 mile narrow two track to get to our site - a little nerve racking for relative newbies to pulling a trailer with our Subaru, , but worth it.

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves very much Tim the host was awesome and the goodie bag was especially awesome. My friend just loved it. We would definitely go again and we recommend it to anyone that really likes the outdoor and privacy there is trails to walk on in and if you forget something, there’s a little storage just down the road little pricey the guy is very friendly. Have a great time up there. We definitely looking to go again here shortly maybe before the end of his season ends.

I loved tent camping here. The host reached out and gave helpful coordinates for entering. He answered questions quickly. The site was kept up well had a table and chairs and a nice fire pit.. Great remote location in a beautiful forest. You can hear the cars on the street but it didn’t bother us. Great towns nearby for exploring! Everything was great and I hope to stay again soon.

We absolutely loved every minute of our time at pineleaf! It was beautiful, secluded, and beyond peaceful. Tim was an amazing host! Upon arrival he had a goodie bag and wood to get us through the first night. He was quick to respond to questions, provide wood, and had great recommendations. Pineleaf was perfect for us. It was the ideal rustic experience in a beautiful stand of hardwoods. The forest floor felt nice on bare feet. The campsites are nicely spaced, not too close to neighboring sites. Tim was great and very helpful. Thank you, Tim!

We had an amazing time camping on Lee’s property! Everything from the clean grassy site, incredible views of the lake, and the location made this a wonderful experience. Lee and her husband were incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts, it was pleasure meeting them, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
