"Elysium Heritage Farm" is situated on 120 acres in Northeast, MI surrounded by woods, trails, ponds and canals. It's only a ten-minute drive to Pinconning, where you can experience Michigan's "Cheese Town" and all it has to offer. There's a grocery store, numerous cheese shops, and a variety of party stores and restaurants. For the outdoor enthusiasts, don't miss out on going to the ever-famous "Northwoods Wholesale Outlet". Also nearby is the "Saganing Eagles Landing Casino" in Standish. We have resided here for over 30 years and can assist you in many ways to get the most out of your visit.

ABOUT THE FARM
We have a working, organic farm with a lot of animals, however, we also do crops as well. This particular farm is 138 acres with 8 acres of woods. We have working dogs, sheep, cattle, horses, a couple goatsWe have some super great animals. Most of which are very friendly.
You never know what will be available to see on the farm when you visit. We are expecting a foal (baby horse) this summer (2021)
and are already planning for another foal next summer as well. We often have puppies as well and sometimes we have to bottle feed lambs. There's never a dull moment.
Our farm is unique in the way of having a very positive VIBE to it. The energy is awesome! It's really a space of tranquility and healing if you allow yourself to go there.
After hosting with air bnb for a little over a year now, we decided to give this a try as well. We love hosting people and having them come to the farm and enjoy our way of life. It also helps to have a supplemental income as having and running a small family farm isn't very sustainable. Typically there's off the farm jobs to help pay for the farm life. It's a crazy equation. Small family farms are far and few between. Please support your local farmer if possible! It is greatly appreciated!

Absolutely beautiful retreat! Private wooded camping site with adorable outhouse. We arrived around 7pm and Kim surprised us with our camp fire burning to welcome us.
The next morning we wandered endless forest trails finding new areas to explore around every corner. Small ponds, wandering canals, covered bridge, adorable goat paddocks, friendly hens, comical emus, tiny beaches, etc. There is something for everyone but it was just perfect for what we needed. Thank you Kim & Jeff; we loved our stay.

We had the best time camping at Vine camp! The farm animals were so cute and the property is just stunning! My pup is not a fan of strangers and the campsite was super private and quiet! The owners are also very friendly and accommodating, and the outhouse was surprisingly clean! I will absolutely be staying here again!

This was a spectacular campsite - we booked a last-minute camping trip with friends and this little forest & farm were exactly what we needed. Woke up to farm fresh eggs, coffee over the fire and then did a little farm walk followed by mushroom foraging on the property (found some awesome species!). Kim was so helpful and welcoming, she even helped up hose off our muddy dog after a spill lol. She told us of some planned additions to the land that they’re working on and I’m very excited to come back and see the projects in full swing. Hipcamp never fails to lead us to awesome sites with interesting folks that are generous enough to share them with us - this is another one for the book!

This place was amazing. Convenient to Rte. 75, yet beautiful, private setting. Kim was an amazing host. Her attention to detail was obvious throughout our campsite (Vine Camp). We'd definitely come back. It's a 5 star place!

Our little campsite was absolutely perfect! The property is beautiful, we had fun exploring the trails and meeting the animals! Kim was so welcoming and kind. The outhouse at our site was surprisingly really great, clean and fully stocked. Only spent one night but will definitely be back! It was such a lovely quick trip out of the city!

We tent camped at "The Vines" location on Kim's land. It was secluded, relaxing, and perfect for our quick weekend trip. We enjoyed exploring the trails with our two dogs, playing card games at the picnic table, and sitting around the bonfire. The outhouse was well maintained and super cute as well. Thanks for a lovely stay, we would definitely return in the future!

Kim was a lifesaver! We booked at almost 9pm on a Monday, she responded immediately, welcomed us into the property, showed us around. The place is so charming! She greeted us with a baby goat and a baby DEER following her!

The owner was very extremely helpful. I was a major downpour and lightning storm before we got the rain fly on our tent. She came buy to check on us and even offered to let us use her dryer.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The river is beautiful to watch, lots of wildlife and fantastic sunsets right in front of you. You are able to fish right from your site. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. This will be our annual fishing spot.

Amazing experience! We loved exploring the property including the farm and the pond with access to Pedal boat, kayaks and canoe. Any campsite would be amazing we stayed at "Vine camp" it had a very private feel with our own clean, stocked outhouse nearby. Hardly any mosquitoes, with lots of biking and walking trails right on the property, close to town to get ice and restock. We loved hearing about the property's history, Kim was so nice and personable and helpful, will be back for sure!
