There is 50-amp electricity with full hook-ups at each site. I have a laundry service and a small dog park. Short term and long term are welcomed. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional here. I built a culinary herb farm and nursery on the plantation grounds, in which I was named after by my family. My farm is called Louisiana Herbs LLC. Their are plenty of great sites to pitch a tent and camp in the plantation gardens or on the river bank. We can wine and dine you at the plantation dinner table with home cooked Louisiana cuisine (optional for an extra cost) & get you liquored up with mint juleps, homemade absinthe, mix drinks, etc. anywhere on the plantation grounds is acceptable to pitch a tent and make a campfire. we can provide wood, & possible minimal electricity to your camp area for now. there is access to water at the greenhouse area, as well as electricity. the greenhouse is a culinary herb farm and nursery, no smoking tobacco near the nursery and greenhouse area.

We really enjoyed staying at Renee’s Galaxy. She made sure that we were parked just right for the best experience. We loved staring at the stars and moon. We also enjoyed watching so many different types of birds as well. Thank you Renee for a wonderful experience.

Renee is a super host! Southern hospitality at its finest! Thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and staying at her property! She let me borrow an adapter and a tarp for my RV. Very quiet and bucolic few acres. I needed propane refill and Renee set me up with a local friend to get some after 2 tries at Uhaul where no one was available to pump. She invited me out for a beer and for a dip in her pool. Would definitely return! Would love to get to know her better!❤️

The camping area is very large and very secluded. It is mowed grass surrounded by old pecan trees. It is next to a river, but with my bad knees I didn't venture to the top of the dike. Breston invited me in for seafood gumbo and cornbread. I had a great chat with him. I also met his father. I gave him some money for the meal, but I had no problem with that. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys southern hospitality.
