Camp Topisaw

95 acres on the beautiful Topisaw Creek. Here we've raised 5 kids and a multitude of dogs, cats and chickens and a small herd of pineywoods cattle. The woods are quiet and undisturbed , harboring native species like jack in the pulpit, trillium and Florida anise.&nbsp;The spring-fed (and thus always refreshing!) Topisaw Creek forms the eastern border of our property, so plan to spend time on the sandy beaches and rock bars soaking up the sun or hunting for rocks and fossils (petrified wood and arrowheads have been found here). Many folks also enjoy a leisurely float down the creek in inner tubes ('tubing') or in a kayak. (Please note that after heavy rains the creek rises to epic heights and is too dangerous to navigate.)&nbsp;Little to no light pollution makes for amazing stargazing!

At Camp Topisaw you'll be surrounded by nature. Enjoy camping in the woods or on a sandbar along the creek. Spend your days hiking the trails, playing in the creek or hunting for rocks and fossils. This photo was taken at Site 5.

Bayou Peninsula

Only 2 miles off interstate 10. About 45 minutes to New Orleans.  Welcome to camp or stay in your RV right on the Bayou The bayou leads to the Jordan river, Jordan River leads to the bay and the bay leads to the Gulf of Mexico takes about 30 minutes by boat or 5 miles by car. You’re welcome to go fishing we have, brackish water even blue crabs 🦀 it does require a license. Welcome to bring your boat launch is about a mile away off the 603. You can leave it docked in our yard. Under the house, there is table and chairs to enjoy the cool breeze. There is an outside cold water, shower, and a sink with cold water. One  outlet to charge your phone is all the electricity available.   

Lee's Waterview

Relax on a one acre waterfront lot on the Chef Menteur Pass River. You can go fishing, boating, or just enjoy the view on a scenic 1000 foot wide waterway. You can view many coastal birds and wildlife. Some of the species are American eagle, Osprey, Pelican, Great Heron, and many others. There's a bar on the island or you're minutes from New Orleans and all it has to offer.

Small RV Park on beautiful Bayou Lacombe, Louisiana with 100 foot fishing dock. Bring your boat or kayak. Lake Pontchartrain is only 1/4 mile down the road. Our Place is located in the middle of the Big Branch National Wildlife Refuge with lots of wildlife to view. Catch fish and crabs from our dock. Two sites 50 amp with water and sewer hookups. Three sites with 50 amp and water only.&nbsp;The St Tammany Trace is 3 miles up the road for biking and hiking. Several great restaurants' in town 

We are the only RV Park in the middle of the Wildlife Refuge.

There is only one campsite on our property. Strategic Investment LLC sells hatching eggs, invests in the stock market, offers guided and unguided Kayak and Canoe rental trips. We also run an Amazon and package delivery hub.

You'll start to feel it as soon as you turn on Spring Hill Road and see the horses, cows, and rows of pines. Just 1.5 hours from New Orleans, 45 minutes to Hattiesburg, and 10-15 minutes from small-town places like Poplarville and Purvis. Sprawling 14 acres property has beautiful stocked pond, fire pit, some hiking. Hookups not available but access to water and power in barn possible. Property is not a commercial campground but a personal property that is shared with a few guests.

Buy feed from us for the fish and cows, buy our local farm raised grass fed beef and all the firewood you can burn. Just starting out on this so no toilets yet, but they're in the works. Access to great clean well water is available

Welcome to Soultribe! A new community-in-the-making in the heart of the sweet south of Mchenry, MS - only 24 miles from the white sandy beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast (the world’s longest man-made beach)!

We bought this property in April 2025 after working hard and long on a decade-long dream come true! It’s a fully wooded, 4 acre L-shaped property, currently home to two residents - myself and my daughter. Every day we are working hard to cut pathways and new campsites for visitors, travelers, and potential community members. Eventually we will host events, classes, workshops, retreats, and festivals. We are still in the earliest stages of building, so it’s a very rustic, off-grid experience, and with more visitors, we plan to build cabins and install solar and water collection systems, so we can have outdoor showers, natural pools, outhouses, community areas, a retreat center, and shops for community members to run their businesses from. We are following food forest and permaculture methods instead of traditional gardening, and our long-term vision for this land is a new garden of Eden! 

We need all the help we can get, so we also offer volunteer trade opportunities to anyone interested. Or, if you just need a place to step back from the busy hub of society, ground and reconnect with nature, Soultribe is the sanctuary for you!

You may utilize the little spaces we currently have available for camping, or get in touch with your primal nature, explore our woods and cut down your own trail and campsite. We will be present to assist in any way, open to sharing and communal activities - or we can offer you solitude and privacy during your trip… it’s entirely up to you!

All You Need Institute

All You Need is a 111 acre paradise that is home to some VERY unique and endangered habitat. Our northern boundary is a tract of DeSoto National Forest, where we have practically exclusive access to another 90 acres of longleaf pine savannah and more bottomland creeks.

The sandhills are a "desert in the rain," home to prickly pear cactus and yuccas, abundant lichens (deer "moss"), the endangered black pine snake, and our mascot, the also endangered Gopher Tortoise.

We're a nature education and retreat center where we share permaculture practices, homesteading/sustainable living skills, conservation practices, and approaches to connecting more deeply to the land. Check out our sister non-profit, the Burrow Nature Center.

You will have access to our many walking paths and our swimming pond, as well as a 15 minute walk to part of DeSoto National Forest, which butts up to our property line.

We would love to have you as our guest on the land, and are especially eager to meet travelers who deeply love nature and want to live in better relationship to it!

Check in is between 2pm - 8pm, Check out is 11am. There's a fee for late check-in to our site.
