When you enter the driveway, you will see a camp sign. We will come to the Metal gate, which will be closed. Please open the gate come through and re-close as horses are at large. Drive straight to the back of the property past two barns one on your right and one on your left as you approach you will see a long house with a deck and a porch to the left of that house and your campsites are straight ahead. Hones Pointe was established in 1988. It was built by four insurance agents to elude our sales managers so we could enjoy a unique natural setting. Over the years, we have planted many different varieties of trees and perennials to observe. Also evidence exists of this area being an Indian camp long ago as suggested by arrowheads and an old handmade rock wall.

Rent one tipi or rent the entire village for a birthday party or gathering. Outdoor wedding packages are available! These are 18 foot tipi's surrounded in a nature setting. We have picnic and grilling areas on-site along with a full bathroom and kitchen located at The Tipi Village office, located in a small log cabin. Each tipi has it's own sitting area and firepit, suitable for cooking. The village also has a community firepit where everyone can gather. Renting the entire campground is a great way to have a party or celebration and having exclusive use of this micro-campground. The views were great and the directions were very clear. There is another camp near by but we couldn't hear them at all during our stay. We even went fishing at the creek and caught several fish and even a crawdad lol. Highly recommend

The Cottle Cabin was wonderful. It was very clean and has comfortable sleeping space for up to six people. The downstairs bedroom features a cozy queen‑size bed, and the loft area provides additional sleeping space that’s perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who enjoys a tucked‑away, cabin‑style place to sleep.
The cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The front porch is perfect for sitting outside and listening to the wildlife, and the campfire area—with its sturdy picnic table—made our evenings especially enjoyable.
The host is incredibly accommodating, checks in to make sure you have everything you need, and is available if anything comes up.
If you’re not interested in tent camping and don’t have an RV, this cabin is the ideal alternative.
We’re already looking forward to returning in the fall or winter to enjoy a fire in the woodstove.

We used this spot as a home base for our yearly hunting trip. It was perfect for what we needed. Everyone on the farm was friendly and welcoming! You’ll get to know the horses and cats as they wander around the farm and sometimes come up to you to say hello. The cabin was a great common area and place to wind down after a long day of being out in the woods.

Our host, Josh Handy, was terrific. The location is a renovated pop up camper which he fashioned with wood from his grandfather’s 200 year old barn when it was torn down. It has an open barn about 30 yards away with very nice restroom facilities, H/C shower and an outdoor kitchen. The land itself comprises part of a farm with both open meadow and wooded trails. Perfect for travelers and dogs. Highly recommended!

We had such a relaxing stay at Handyland. The cabin was so cozy and the stars were absolutely stunning at night. We walked the trails and they are beautiful. Don’t miss them. Josh made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was able to get some exercise and explore. We all left happy campers and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the other cabin Handyland has for 3 nights and wanted to extend our stay one more day so we could explore the trails and relax on the land after going and going for 3 days. The other cabin was booked so we booked this one instead. We were not disappointed!!! Honestly, if you can stay at this property in any from, it's worth it! And the trials are a fun and they were easy enough for my young children to navigate.

Josh’s camper cabin is such a nicely renovated space. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and then walked down the trail to the pond and creek area with our pup. Weekend Trip to Terrapin Hill Farm
The farm was easy to find and Brenda and Pete were very accommodating. We got a good deal on a large pile of wood for the fire pit. The cottage was cozy and warm in freezing temperatures. It was also close to the restrooms, which is a plus. My friends and I had a wonderful time, despite the cold weather.
