You won't believe you are still in Kansas! C2T Ranch is a working regenerative cattle ranch, with over 4 miles of Saline River running through it. Amazing 150' tall limestone cliffs rise above river and several spring fed creeks feed into the river. There is hiking galore in the canyons or on the cliffs, fishing in the rivers, or bird watching on the native prairie above the cliffs. Fossil hunters can find a variety of fossilized shells, as well as native septarian and calcite for the rockhounds. Our picturesque, secluded campground has primitive and powered campsites, plus several glamping tent, all dispersed along an amazing horseshoe bend of the Saline River, each with direct river access. Our stable provides beautiful views of the Kansas landscape, prairie and rock bluffs surround the farm. The stable is situated on a dead end road with little traffic, close to town so you can still enjoy great eating places in Hays. We are just a few short miles to Fort Hays State University, we are both alumni of FHSU- Go Tigers! We have 6 horse pens for overnight travels- Coggins are required before unloading. We also have 3 big spacious dog kennels.

What a beautiful spot this was on our road trip from NC to CO.! The wide open space was perfect for a peaceful rest. And the stars were absolutely amazing with the Milky Way easily visible. We highly recommend this Hipcamp to anyone passing through!

Great place. Wish I could have spent more time. Lovely place by ther river. Had a Belted Kingfisher greet me as I arrived. Owls, cardinals , song sparrow and others made themselves heard.

We were only here one night, and arrived late. Chad was very friendly, met us and escorted us to our spot. The spot was awesome. Quiet, clean, dark. We spent a few minutes the next morning walking around a bit, and this is a beautiful spot. We will most definitely be back and hopefully get to spend more time.

This place is phenomenal for all ages!! The horses, donkey and pup were so sweet and we absolutely loved them greeting us. We saw a cow run right past us on the land, which is beyond beautiful and so joyful to walk around. Our dogs had such a blast running. Responses were on point and Chris and Cynthia are just as wonderful. We will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your haven with us!

Great place to stay and be away from it all. We had site #10 Wanda's place for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Water and Electric at the site and tons of room. The Campsites are extremely far apart and we could not see anyone at all from our site. Friendly owner/host Chad & Cynthia. Lots of walking trails, wildlife, great views. We will be back. FYI: T Mobile is almost non existant but with our starlink we had full internet and wifil calling worked great.

Highly recommend! We are staying for a night in a middle of a long trip, host was welcoming and guide us to our site even all dark outside. Our site is quiet and private, I feel really safe staying here. Host provided good firewood for free. We spent the morning under the tree and letting our pup run free even in the water. He had a really good time after long road trip. I would highly recommend staying here with our without a dog

Wonderful spot to stay at! We were there just for a quick overnight but were greeted by the friendliest barn cats you could ever ask for! We’re pet people so to have this trio of cuties come up and hang with us was a pleasant treat. The host was fantastic with instructions and made sure we were all set. Beautiful landscape, and while we didn’t see horses, we got in late and left early so that’s on us! We would stay again, 10/10.

I know, we should talk about the views and the hospitality (which were amazing), but I want to say that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! I was so suprised the bed was so nice! The cinnamon rolls and zucchini bread were perfect! The hosts were kind! The scenery was exactly what we hoped for... the stars were amazing! We had a nice trail to walk and got to see wonderful fall foliage. It felt safer than sleeping at the lake, which made the trip a lot more relaxing. I would recommend this camp and plan to return!

This was such a beautiful site! We had 2 sites next to each other and had plenty of space in a picturesque landscape. We were just passing through in a long journey but would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had to drive about 6 miles on unsaved roads but made it just fine with our travel trailer and class C campers.

This piece of property is one of a kind. You can't go wrong with any campsite on the property, with crystal clear Saline river running by under huge limestone bluffs. Amazing Sunsets and wildlife. Actually watched a coyote playing in the river this morning from my tent. Chad and Cynthia are very responsive and definitely get some Cinnamon rolls and the Zucchini Bread while you are there.
