Milo Farm was established organically a few years ago. The energy at Milo so amazing we wanted to share! There's a story behind the sacredness of this land, Loni can share that with you if you ask! There are 5 different ecosystems at Milo, all which hold their own magic!🪄 The lodge was built then the camping sites, then the Hippie Trailer, which is located near the west woods near the Fairy Forest. Then the Bunkhouse was established, it's just past the barn on the north end of the property. The lodge, where the Airbnb and pool are is centrally located on the land. We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. There are 2 stocked ponds, miles of trails, pool, Zen garden, farm animals and more. I stayed in The Stevie glamping yurt at Lake Georgia Sue Campground, and it was absolutely perfect. The view was beautiful, the area was peaceful and quiet, and everything was spotless. The entire property is stunning, with horses, goats, mini pigs, and other animals that add to the overall experience. The lake itself is gorgeous, and the residents and employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. It truly feels like a little hidden gem. Location-wise, it’s great too—Jesse James Cave is just a short drive away, and there’s a local diner nearby with amazing food. If you’re visiting in the fall, the scenery is especially breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here, especially in The Stevie!

Loved visiting Lake Georgia Sue. The Stevie was magical and secluded. Every bit of our experience was pleasant. We enjoyed being in nature and seeing so many adorable animals. We also made use of a tandem bike for a ride around the lake. 10/10 recommend.

Milo Farms really is a magical place. Great hiking trails with little to no poison ivy. That is a big deal for me being severely allergic. All the wonderful people who keep the farm running are so nice and they are always happy to help. As a solo camper, I felt very safe as well.

The yurt is set back on a trail that is peaceful, beautiful and quiet, but very near the barn. The barn is a lovely well kept community space with a cozy finished kitchen two bathrooms, large dining space a library. I wish we could've stayed longer to explore the light center. It is a wonderful place with great energy.

Fred and his staff have created such a special space over in the Stevie tent, and the entire property, for that matter! They made us feel very welcome, while still giving us the privacy we desired. You can feel how much care has gone into the grounds and my partner and I could not have had a more enjoyable stay! There are cute little side trails, horses and goats wandering about, and plenty of space for exploring and activities. Could not recommend more!

Staying in the Redtail Yurt was so serene and peaceful. It felt private but was a short walk to the community amenities. There were lovely trails into woods and meadows around the property, and we loved seeing the free range chickens and goats wandering around. The yurt was cozy and had comfy beds with clean bedding. This is the kind of place you sorta don't want to tell anyone else about--an absolute gem of a spot you want to keep to yourself! The Stevie spot was a perfectly secluded get away tucked into the woods but we were able take just a couple of steps to enjoy the beautiful lake, trails and amazing scenery.. I came to relax, but found myself almost rushing around with my camera to take some really great shots of my dogs all weekend. Just the tent itself was so cool! The spot was very well stocked with thoughtful amenities and a plush cozy bed that was more comfortable than most AirBNB beds I've stayed in. We were able to fully relax and even our dogs got to enjoy an unplugged weekend under the stars without another soul in sight. The Stevie was the perfect spot for my birthday weekend!

First-the crew there was so welcoming and helpful! Loni was out of town and they were great, from carrying stuff to our site, to showing us around, and telling us all about the place! I highly recommend doing the ATV tour to familiarize yourself with the property! We stayed in the Funky Bunkhouse. Super cute and comfy! The pool is also clean and so nice.

If you are looking for a rustic place to stay where you can be secluded, this place is for you. The goats and horses were so fun to watch. The property has great potential and they are actively working on improvements. The bed in The Stevie was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in…and I’m not exaggerating. The hosts were great and had a fire going for me in my site when I arrived. I’d love to come back when I have more time.
