Tessa went out of her way to make our stay amazing. From allowing flexibility of our arrival and departure times to renting us some camping gear so we didnt have to travel with it. Was a perfect visit!

Cute little spot nestled in the woods. This worked perfectly for our Silverwood trip. Camp was clean and tidy along with the provided restroom. Our host Tessa was very sweet and informative. We will be back!

Tessa’s setup is pretty much ideal for rural camping. Nights are quiet and the campsite itself is well organized, a lot of small little touches that makes it enjoyable. Communication is excellent. Silverwood is 10 minutes away, definitely recommend this !

Had a great weekend camping at 5 acre woods. We had the Bee Tree site and loved the setup. Easy access to tons of hiking and outdoor activities as well as Silverwood. There is some neighborhood noise, vehicles, dogs, etc., but nothing unexpected. Quiet at night and great hospitality from the hosts. Well worth the stay!

Amazing clean space and easy to find!! We arrived later in the evening, but the signs and directions were clear! We were even able to find “The Pot” with the helpful light at the top! The water was a plus, we’re on a road trip and have a water jug for hand washing and teeth brushing on the go, was nice to refill without any hassle!
Tessa is very sweet, we were expecting to arrive later than the check in time and there were no issues, she told us to come on in and not worry about a thing! 10/10 would 100% stay again!!!

Loved tent camping in the Daisy Den! Very quiet area and the composting toilet outhouse was incredibly clean and so pretty?! Easy to find and the hosts were so good about directions, extra amenities like the luxury firepit and extra wood for sale. Highly recommend and will be camping with them again! <3

My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful tucked away campsite. We had a wonderful time soaking up the wildlife and sitting by the campfire under the stars. It was close to plenty of outdoor trails and recreation areas, which was great! We look forward to another trip soon!

This was our first time ever staying on a Hipcamp property. I came across Hipcamp without even really knowing what it was when searching camp grounds around athol, Idaho. We started packing up to head to Idaho really not knowing where we were going to stay. It was then that I went back into my emails as I recalled something being sent to me during all my clicking on campgrounds around the area. It was then that I downloaded the app and started searching around that I found Tessa’s Hipcamp in athol, Idaho. It sounded and looked so cute! I felt a sense of safe. She couldn’t have been more descriptive on the app. Loved how I could do everything directly through the app. Tessa was super responsive through inbox and couldn’t have explained to us any better how to get to her place. We were driving about 7 1/2 hours away from home and weren’t sure if we were going to make the full drive that night or not. She was super accommodating and told us if we decided to make the full drive that arriving at 11:30pm would not be a problem at all. This is when she sent us additional directions with photos to help us even better find her place in the dark. Her Hipcamp needless to say was a breeze to find. She hung some lights and left additional batteries on our picnic table with a flashlight to help us see in the dark when we arrived. The area was secluded behind their place in evergreens. We felt just like we were camping in the forest back home. I can’t say enough in 1500 words!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I hadn’t camped on someone’s private property before, but this was really pleasant, even with some construction going on nearby (we knew ahead to expect it). They win the cutest outhouse contest, hands down. So much better than staying at a public campground! Wish we had booked a longer stay.

The camp space was very clean and too cute! Loved how it was just two little camp spaces tucked behind Tessa’s home surrounded by evergreens. Loved her camp space name and how she named each site and the outhouse. The outhouse was very clean with hand sanitizer and decorated just like a bathroom inside a home with a curtain on the window and photos on the wall. The camp space felt very private. The wheel barrows were a great addition and came in handy when hauling our items back and forth from our truck to our site.
Upon arrival we had a baggie of matches and newspaper to help start our fires. The available firewood on site was a nice addition as well so we didn't have to worry about finding and buying some.
There was a little bit of neighborhood noise as Tessa mentioned as there is property behind her with a shop. Noises we heard were dogs barking and radio playing. Aside from that just birds chirping. We saw some wild turkeys off the property while driving and heard some sort of unfamiliar sound we weren’t sure of. Maybe this sound was from the turkeys ? However this just added to her camping area in my opinion as this just gave me a sense of security knowing we weren’t alone. We had a forest feel like back home without feeling we had to worry about bears as we were in a tent with our two boys.
Silverwood was super close . This was our reason for being in athol idaho. We were also super close to a grocery store that was open 24/7 and a dollar tree.
Great spot!

Everything was as described! Beautiful area and got a great nights sleep. We all slept in because of the shady location. Perfect distance for our adventures at Silverwood! Tessa’s communication was very helpful.

We had a great stay at the Daisy Den. Great tent pad, table and site. Water availability and a clean outhouse were a plus. There was some shooting or fireworks nearby late that upset our pup, but overall the sounds were normal for a populated rural area (dogs, chickens, goats?, vehicles etc,). The hosts were accommodating for our oversize vehicle and very responsive to our requests for information.

The campsites are located in a treed area at the end of the property. There are two sites on the property. There is a nice clean outhouse for the campsites to use. This property is located close to Farragut State Park and Silverwood. There is a Super 1 Foods just a few minutes away if you need anything as well. The property is in a neighborhood of 5 acre lots so you will hear the occasional neighborhood noise but overall it’s pretty quiet. The hosts are very responsive if you need anything. They have a firewood station set up to buy firewood from if you would like to have a fire in the provided solo stoves. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our experience at Mechelle’s land, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Spot was clean, brand new hook ups on beautiful Artesian well water that was so refreshing. Plus we got to meet the hosts new puppy and that was a bonus.

Fun overnight stay with my dog at The Daisy Den! The outhouse is very nice, the solo stove makes for a great campfire, and the firewood “shop” is handy. I heard some noise from the neighboring property and dogs barking in the distance, but overall nothing too disturbing. Tessa has set up a great little spot!
