7B Cabin

Come nurture your soul at our off-grid cabin OR our grid tied cabin with modern conveniences. Surrounded by majestic conifers, you will find yourself in a forest paradise. Make time for bird watching, star gazing and watching wildlife enjoying their natural habitat. The cabins are both situated in a very private setting opposite our main house on our 32 acre property. We are conveniently located off Hwy 95, 7 miles north of Athol, ID.

Spend your days exploring nearby Farragut State Park (7 miles), Round Lake State Park (15 miles), Sandpoint (20 miles), Coeur d’Alene (30 miles), or Silverwood Theme Park (9 miles). There are multiple dining options from breakfast to dinner within 7-10 miles. We have kayaks available upon request as there are multiple small lakes (Kelso and Granite Lake) less than 5 miles away.

We are generally available and on-site 24/7 for any issues, questions and or problems that may need solved. In the case you forget anything at all……we can find it, fix it or provide it. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.   Some exceptions could be accommodated for additional tent campers in the same group on a case by case basis.  Please reach out if you have a special circumstance.  If you see dates that you want that are blocked out feel free to get in touch, we block out some dates for us to go camping but have no problem opening them up.

Triple M

Triple M Camp is an 15-acre camp property located on Upper Twin Lake, ID. There are 6 cabins, situated conveniently between the cabins is the restroom with 6 showers, sinks and toilets, 3 per gender. The Pavilion, a large covered concrete area, is a short walk from the restrooms. We are not directly on the lake, but above for stunning views of it and the surrounding mountains. On the Lower Twin Lakes is the Twin Lakes Village Golf Course. Also nearby is the popular tourist town Coeur d’ Alene, ID.  Silverwood Theme Park is about 20 minutes away. Not to mention several other lakes within 30 minutes.

About a 15 minute drive from downtown Spokane and a short drive to Lake Coeur d’Alene, it’s the perfect basecamp for both outdoor adventure and city exploring. Our campground features a remodeled clubhouse and a new outdoor pavilion, making coming back just as good as heading out.

Our campground is part of our working farm. We have a permanent wetland conservation easement on 400 acres&nbsp;of our farm that provides habitat for all manor of wildlife. Bring your camera and a pare of binoculars.&nbsp; Cell phone service in our area is VERY limited.&nbsp;

Parking and set up for each site should be done in a way that it keeps the access road open and the common area and river access open for all of our campers. There should be no vehicles or campers or tents parked in the area between the river and the potty.

Parkside Mountain Ranch

Parkside Mountain Ranch provides private camping on a 450 acre mountain with trails for any type of adventure.  

PMR has a variety of camping experiences you can pick from to accommodate while camping with us. Have a family get together, a business retreat, trail ride your horse with your barn buddies, send us a message and let us know what you would like and we will make your camping just the way you want it to be. 

Heyburn State Park Rocky Point is less than a mile away.  Hipcampers can enjoy the Lake Chatcolet which offers a beach, marina, and a boat launch.  Heyburn State Park South Side entrance is located on the same road as PMR. PMR will have sites with over night horse stalls too. Sooo bring your horse camping with you!  

We want to provide you with beautiful views and private rustic camping!

Anchor your boat right next to camp on the Coeur D'Alene River. Public boat launches are available at Bull Run, and Killarney Lake, within 3 miles of camp.

Riverfront Base Camp

Park your RV, overland rig, pitch a tent, or sleep under the stars next to the Coeur D’ Alene River. 

Be advised this is directly next to State Highway 3. If you are a light sleeper, or road noise bothers you, this is not the campsite for you. 

At the camp, you can launch your kayaks at the river to go for an adventure down through the Chain Lakes, all eight are accessible by the river adjacent to where you will sleep. 

The bird and wildlife watching in this area is world class. Ospreys, hawks, turkeys and other animals commonly hang out in these parts. 

You can go for a swim at one of the sandbars, take your dirt bikes or side by sides down Killarney Lake Road to access an extensive network of trails and dirt roads into remote wilderness. 

There is no cell service, no water or electrical hookups, or toilet. As beautiful as it is, your experience will not be “glamping” unless you come with all the comforts you personally desire. 

You can hunt on the forest service land by 4th of July Pass, fish on the river, or on the Chain Lakes (with the proper permits, of course). 

There is a access into the water from camp but it is quite steep. For easy access to the water, use the docks or boat launch at Killarney Lake or Bull Run. 

Pets and kids are allowed at your own risk. Be advised the highway and river are hazardous for off-leash animals and rambunctious toddlers.

Park anywhere on the lawn. The section that is mowed is all open to your group. The field is good for lawn games.

Kayaking on Killarney Lake. Access from the docks at the lake, or kayak downstream on the river and through the channel into the lake. Check out Popcorn Island if you go to the north side of the lake. 

Head down Killarney Lake road to access the lake and off-road trails. 

Chocolate Moose Marina and Chapel


Private marina with 2 small outbuilding for use as shelter or to use in combination with your own provided tent. 12v power and water at site. Porta Potty and chemical toilet provided. Boats higher than 8 foot may not be able to enter or exit Black Lake due to trail of cda bridge over access channel.

Very remote location accessible by car via maintained dirt road. 

Additional guests can pitch a tent. Please bring your own bedding. A Blackstone grill and a propane BBQ Grill with side burner are provided for cooking. Several pots and pans and cooking utensils provided. The tiny cabin has a comfortable double bed size futon.  The tiny chapel has a set of camping bunk beds that easily fit adults and/or children.

Internet and wifi calling are available. Info provided in welcome packet.

Please bring your own bedding. A propane grill with side burner and a  Blackstone griddle are provided for cooking along with basic cooking utensils.

Note, this is upscale camping. The site is remote and directly on the water. After concerns were brought to us about spiders, a full pest control with biologically safe ingredients is applied before every guests arrival.
