Know that by staying here, you are helping preserve this small piece of natural beauty in Idaho. It may not be the biggest preserve, but you have to start somewhere. Come stay a night! Learn more about this land: Come to our riverside getaway at Teton Corners. This 3 acre peninsula into the Teton River provides amazing trout fishing right from your tent door (licenses issued just 1 mile down the road). This gorgeous nature area is minutes from town, with easy access to HWY20 and HWY33. Deer, moose, bald eagles and osprey frequent the area year round, as well as beaver, waterfowl and night owls. RV dumps right down the road, as well as a 27 hole golf course, if that's your thing. Or just relax, dip your feet in the Teton River and listen to the water pass by. Note: River levels fluctuate over the season. We've tried to take pictures of all water seasons for reference.

New to the Lodge is Adirondack-style "The Bunkie" that sleeps 6 or 7 plus has a desk, microwave and fridge. All bed and bath linens are provided in all of our rooms. Firepits are a-plenty! We are currently planning/building another shower/restroom house and a laundry mat. There is a fee dump station on site. With over ten acres of property to play at and stroll, your stay will be one of fun, peace and quiet. Our RV & Camp is fun! We are very close to hiking, hot springs, rapelling, 200+ miles of ATV and SxS trails, golf, mini-golf, a driving range, skiing, ice cream parlor and two restaurants, and the mighty Snake River corridor right across the road. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit. Each pad is rented at $40 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from June 4th-Aug. 30th 2024. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

Old growth aspen forest camp

Learn more about this land:This isn't a fancy retreat or crowded campground. Its just my personal little slice of heaven that i want to share with people. There is a RV pad set to park a large camper or van on as well as a grassy meadow that would be very comfortable for a smaller camper or 4WD van. The property is a shady thick aspen forest with occasional clearings and undeveloped game trails. You can expect to see wildlife if you stay for very long at all. It's very common to see moose, rabbits, foxes, deer and all kinds of birds frolicking in the woods. The property is also about a 2 mile drive from 2 different national forest access areas both offering unique hiking, fishing, off roading , skiing, and exploring. Also, grand Targhee ski resort is only a 20 minute drive from the house. The Teton river " 30 minutes away" has world class fishing for everyone from kids to serious fly fisherman. We have 3 friendly labrador muts living on the property so if you have dogs that like to play in the woods and are friendly to other dogs, bring them! Campfires are not out of the question but are extremely dependent on weather conditions.
