The property we named GAEA (the old Greek spelling of Mother Earth)
was first seen in a vision. Historically, Deep Creek Canyon was a winter encampment for the Spokane Indians, whose ancestral lands surround us. We feel the healing spirit of the land, in partnership and stewardship. We gather community for Solstice & Equinox celebrations, bringing people together to honor the changing seasons. Our original house was one of the first in the canyon, in the early 1940's.

The property was so beautiful and peaceful. Ashley had the yurt decorated for our anniversary which shows she goes above and beyond for her guests! We loved staying here and the host is super responsive if you need help.
