Murphys Point Ranch is located 3 miles from historic downtown Nampa located in the heart of the Treasure Valley. MPR is a small pocket farm that started with a Lab and a few chickens. The Alpaca herd has grown this summer with the first baby of the season born in June. There are 14 total with 3 babies. We have fresh pasture raised eggs for sale from the 30+ chickens.
Meeting the animals and farm tours can be arranged in advance.
Our 4.5-acre farm has been transitioned into a sustainable Idaho farm and is 100% solar powered, including one of the first electric tractors in the state.
Wilson Springs Pond is half a block down the road. This 55 acre nature area offers many walking paths and is home to many birds, both resident and migratory. It is also a popular urban fishing destination.
1. RV's must be in good shape and fully functioning. NO Car or MiniVan Camping.
2. Pets are NOT ALLOWED for their safety and that of the animals. Dogs are prey animals in the eyes of an Alpaca and they will kill a dog if it gets too close.

This was our first time and we stayed 5 days. I have a 37ft toy hauler and was able to maneuver and park easily. Easy hooks up. Host was great and very helpful . Was quiet and beautiful environment. Kids loved the animals.

Catherine is a very Fine Host. And her place is accommodating and roomy. She also has a water hose that's long enough to reach your Trailer. Which was nice. Although not level, experienced RV'ers,(unlike me) can remedy that. It's close to the street, which doesn't bother me a lot.(LA Traffic) She has a Beautiful Place. And was very close to where I had something to do. Thank You.

Great private spot with power and water if needed! Nice shady back yard with chairs to hang out in. We had a great walk in the neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Beautiful ranch, great location, sweet little gem of an RV spot! Drew and Lilli greeted us upon arrival and immediately had us feeling quite welcome, settling in to our spot. Between geese and ducks flying overhead to a nearby lake, the many alpacas, the dozens of chickens, and a couple of geese, we peacefully stayed for a couple of days.

Loved my brief stay at the Sweet Pepper Ranch! It was a scorcher of a day but after a quick dip in the pool and shower, the tent was perfect and cozy.
