20’ x 50’ concrete RV pad situated on a private 2.3 acre lot near Sandpoint, ID. All hookups and Starlink internet included. 30/50/120v service. Plenty of parking for tow vehicles, toys, etc.
Enjoy tall Pines, Tamarack and Fir trees, lake views and a fire pit with firewood. Frequent visits by deer, turkey marmot and other wildlife! Property is shared with my personal tiny home several feet away from the pad.
Travel trailers, 5th wheels and Class A/B/C motorhomes. No park models please. Pets welcome - must be non-nuisance.
This is a seasonal rental from approximately May 1 thru October 30th to take advantage of the best weather Idaho has to offer!

It is located 1/4 quarter mile from active train railway so they do run at night if you are a light sleeper. Cell Phone reception is spotty for most networks. Verizon network is the best one in the area with reliable reception at the property. Approximately 4 miles downriver to Lake Pend Oreille
