20’ x 50’ concrete RV pad situated on a private 2.3 acre lot near Sandpoint, ID. All hookups and Starlink internet included. 30/50/120v service. Plenty of parking for tow vehicles, toys, etc. Enjoy tall Pines, Tamarack and Fir trees, lake views and a fire pit with firewood. Frequent visits by deer, turkey marmot and other wildlife! Property is shared with my personal tiny home several feet away from the pad. Travel trailers, 5th wheels and Class A/B/C motorhomes. No park models please. Pets welcome - must be non-nuisance. This is a seasonal rental from approximately May 1 thru October 30th to take advantage of the best weather Idaho has to offer! Driveway leading to RV Pad has a moderate grade. 4x4 shouldn't be required but might make pulling easier depending on RV weight. Please be respectful of the packed gravel driveway when towing to maintain its surface. There's a picnic table, two Adirondack rocking chairs. Folding tables/chairs upon request. There's an open fire pit and plenty of wood for use during your stay. If fire ban policies are in effect for the area, use of the fire pit might be limited. Check https://www.idl.idaho.gov/fire-management/fire-restrictions-finder/ Propane fires and BBQ are always permitted. All pets are welcome here - we might even offer to babysit! Please use good judgement with their behavior, limit the barking and please pick up the poop. You'll see beautiful mountain views, awesome sunrises and sunsets and peaceful star-filled skies. No generator use is permitted (or needed). We've owned this property for 20 years - its like a sanctuary in the summer and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The Sandpoint area (20 minute drive) is one of the nicest towns to visit in the USA and regularly wins awards for its scenery and livability. It has a super low crime rate and the locals are proud of this. Like any city, Sandpoint and the surrounding area has experienced growth from transplants but the charm and vibe still awesome. There's just about every type of restaurant and service you could ask for including US Post Offices with PO Boxes, Home Depot, Walmart, upscale grocery stores, hotels, small car dealerships, butchers, breweries, shops, bait and tackle stores, hunting outfitters, boat rentals, and the famous Panida Theater for arts and entertainment. The area truly offers something for everyone and we know you'll love your visit. Minimum stay 7 days but we're sure you'll want to stay longer and keep coming back!
