We raise and train horses and work all day to exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property.
Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas.
Nearby activities abound from visiting rodeos and wineries to trail riding at sunset near waterfalls or hiking painted desert canyons. We were fortunate to be able to stay in the guest RV as well as the tent site during our stay in Idaho. The property is awesome. If you enjoy a quiet laid back farm atmosphere. This is the perfect place. Ollie and Ripley ( the resident dogs) supply any doggie fix you may be craving.
Ron and Lisa were wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying there again .

The stay at Ron's Mini Acres Farm was just as advertised; quiet, peaceful, shaded, with chickens, quail, horses and even some hawks flying overhead. It was easy to find, and easy to set up. Ron met us shortly after we arrived and ensured we could find the "outhouse" - a clean and modern facility. We had a much needed break from our hectic schedules.

Parking is in a dirt backyard next to a cornfield, which I thought was neat. It looks like they were in the process of planting new trees to add shade.
There is a large common grass area with a fire pit that can be shared with other campers. They have a bathroom in a shed. That may sound off-putting, but it was very clean, nice, and unique!! Also, without hook-ups, it was convenient to have a bathroom on site.
We were in the area to visit friends so we didn't spend a lot of time at the site during the day. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Kimberly made sure to call and check in on us after we arrived. She was super friendly.
