Enjoy 16 acres of trees with a pond and a variety of wildlife. Wander the property and you can expect to see deer, elk, an occasional moose, dozens of turkey, quail, grouse, snowshoe hare, and a trio of domestic chickens who have made Little Hawk Landing their favorite hangout. The 300 sq ft cabin is fully stocked and can be set up with a king bed or two twins - please specify your choice at registration or send me a quick message - and there is also a pullout twin sleeper sofa bed. The second plot within Tekoa has been converted into an RV pad suitable for a 37 ft toy hauler, with both 50-amp and 30-amp hookups available. Features include a leveled rock pad, electric and water hookups, and access to a dump tote, with a free dump station on site. There are two hookups—30-amp and 50-amp—and the site becomes a complete pull-through when open. A water hookup is provided. There are no bathroom accommodations unless you book the toy hauler (a 2023 Heartland Fuel, 37 ft). A fire pit is available for either hookup, and trash disposal is provided.

Such a great little place to stay! Hosts were quick to respond to any messages and the cabin had absolutely everything we could have needed! (Coffee, hair dryer, kitchen necessities, even shampoo and toothbrushes!). We would highly recommend❤️❤️

6 nights at Little Hawk Landing

Little Hawk Landing is a great camping spot. It is perfectly situated, so that hiking, biking and kayaking are all within 20-30 minutes. The town of Deary is 5-10 minutes away. The site is on a dirt road off hwy 9 and there is a minimal amount of traffic as neighbors go by, but it was definitely quiet and private. The site was clean, level and easy to get into and out of. Chris was extremely responsive any time I had a question. She did stop by to check on us, but left us to ourselves. We had no doubt she'd have been right there had we had a problem, but everything was in perfect order. She even left us a stack of firewood and a firepit to burn it in! I highly recommend Little Hawk Landing.
