We loved spending the night in the tipi! We went for our son’s birthday. So clean and cute and the little extras that were in the tipi also!! The flower field near by is beautiful to check out! And even though we didn’t add on any of the extras but it was so cool that they are offered. We definitely want to go back for a date getaway.

The space was super clean and well maintained. It was nice location to hang out in the evening. I think we came a little late in the season for the pond, as it was quite low, but my son still had a bit of fun on the paddle boat. We did head down to Mann Reservoir (15min away), so we could bust out our paddle boards for a bit.

This was my second time here and it’s just as clean, quiet, and beautiful as last time. My dog loves the smells and freedom to roam. The place has so many little extras like the solar lights for paths at night that make it even more special. I came to try to learn some night sky photography and it didn’t diss along with stars! 3 nights at Upper Country Paradise Camping

Chris has created a peaceful space. We had to cut our trip short, but will definitely be back to enjoy the quiet, peaceful, wildlife filled oasis that Chris has created. You have the basic amenities you would need or want for a comfortable stay, plus some extras that Chris has so thoughtfully provided, should you need them. We really liked the fact that the closest neighbor is far enough away that we didn’t have to worry about our pup being off leash. Due to us having to cut our trip short, Chris was more than willing to work with us for a future stay, which was not expected in anyway, but GREATLY appreciated. If you are looking for a small town, quiet, peaceful oasis, this is THE spot.

Weekend Trip to Secluded Off Grid Mountain Yurt

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. The yurt had everything we needed to feel comfortable! The AC and internet were great perks for such a remote spot. Wade provided super helpful instructions and was quick to reply when we had a question. We can’t wait to return!

Had a great time staying at this camp. Loved watching all the frogs at the pond, watching the sunsets and seeing different wildlife. Camp is well stocked and a really lovely place to stay.

I loved to ambiance the Tipi & amenities inside & outside of the Tipi that was provided. The host was very accommodating & it was a great little place to get away from the day to day. I would highly recommend this place for anyway looking for a quiet little place to get away
