Lars and Holly were great hosts and provided us an excellent stay! The property is quiet, safe and peaceful. The bungalow was well set up, clean and comfortable. We will for sure book again if/when we are back in Maui!

Weekend Trip to Northshore Experience
We loved staying at Larâs and Hollyâs property! The bungalow had everything we needed and more. The outdoor shower was very nice along with the other amenities. Location was great and allowed us to explore a lot of the island.

Great secluded spot with lots of flowers and trees, Nina said we could pick oranges in the morning if they were ripe. Pretty high up on the hill and the view is amazing!

This place was fantastic! Squeaky clean bathroom and hot shower. The parking area is beautiful and the ground was almost completely level despite what the descriptions says. We car camped very comfortably here, it was one of our favorite camping nights. It does get a little chilly during the night so bring extra blankets/clothes. Thank you Alika for hosting this property!

I loved camping at Alikaâs place. It was more what I was expecting. Each camping spot has their own bathroom, everything was so clean. I love it. It is a perfect spot is youâre going to the National Park. Itâs very convenient! Iâll come back!

I write this as I book this site for the third time on my Maui travels. Ninaâs Hipcamp is not the cheapest on the island but I can say that the lavatory is clean and you have privacy. due to the acreage and fact that there is only one site on the property you donât get too much noise aside from the birds and deer. You are close to a road but it isnât traveled frequently, especially in the evenings. the host is kind and communicative, She does run a few programs on her property but they are all held around midday when I was still at the beach so it was never an issue for me.

We booked a last minute reservation for one night in a minivan before heading to Haleakala National Park early next morning. The simple site was perfect for our needs - There was a porta potty and hose. Make sure to park near the concrete barn on the left. We arrived at night and mistakenly went down a steep driveway to the right and had trouble driving back up. Otherwise, the property is nice and easy to find!

I loved campervan camping here!! There was a beautiful sunset happening while I was freshening up in the outdoor shower. Very quiet and peaceful! It was just over an hour to the HaleakalÄ summit, so I was grateful for the extra sleep before heading to the sunrise!

We wished we couldâve stayed many more nights here đ located on a beautiful property. The owners were lovely and welcoming. The space was immaculate. Outdoor shower was an added bonus. Close to Haiku town, nearby beaches and food trucks. Highly recommend

This is the sweetest little spot! Itâs simple but has everything you could need. Separate kitchenette area from the bedroom and bath. Lovely outdoor shower and covered patio. Thereâs even beach gear you can borrow. And finally such kind and welcoming hosts. Who really thought about the little details. Such a nice stay.

The location was convenient to HALEAKALA and to Paia where we ate dinner. The shower was a hot and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. The instructions were right on point to find the house and our camp after dark. Thanks for the space.
