The community has 2 ponds alot of nature, wildlife and privacy. Nearby is Carter's lake, downtown Ellijay or Chatsworth along with many hiking trails. We are dog friendly, but no cats please. Perfect little location for some fall trees and a little getaway. The cabin had everything I needed with the extra bonus of the personal hot tub! Instructions about everything in the cabin were very easy to follow. I also appreciated how this one felt a little more secluded than some of the neighbors!

We absolutely loved the A-Frame my husband and I stayed in for 2 nights. It had everything we needed and so so peaceful. We swam off the pier, kayaked around the calm water, and relaxed in the hot tub at night. It was the perfect little getaway.

The place was easily accessible and out of the way at the same time. Nice fire pit by the water, kayaks to use at the dock on fcfs basis. Highly recommend this place

Weekend Trip to Starlight Haven at Weiss Lake

My wife and I took two of our kids, age 5 and 11. The two beds in the loft were perfect. We arrived on Friday and left midday on Sunday. We did not leave the property at all. It was fantastic.

3 nights at Gunsmoke Cabin

The cabin is perfect for outdoorsy folk who have people in their crew who may be more indoorsy. It is close to Ellijay and Carters Lake and easy to get to Blue Ridge. Would definitely stay again with my wife and young kids (who loved the bunk beds).
