You will hear noises from land management on Weekdays 9-5. Weekday prices reduced to reflect this! We love meeting our guests, and like to provide unique experiences. The property has a pond and rolling hill views with beautiful dogwoods and pines throughout. Each off grid living space offers direct access to the water and boasts a full array of cooking, cleaning, and living items. This property hosts a full camp bathroom including an on grid toilet, sink, and shower. A beautiful getaway and also a portion of the northern picket line during the Civil War at the battle of Resaca. Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Atlanta. This tiny home is located on an urban farm. The space is simple and comfortable, with a full bathroom, loft, Tempurpedic mattress, dining table, cooktop, TV and internet. There is a full closet for hanging clothes and several shelves. On the farm, you will find rows and rows of beautiful wildflowers. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops & zoo. The space We're right in the middle of the city, a short distance from many attractions. But when you set foot on the farm, you'll feel like your miles away. The tiny house sits behind a concrete block facade that remains from an old house. The space in front of the house may look empty, but it has been used by the farmers for seed starts. In the future, we will be converting the space to a patio with seating and ping pong. The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether. Guest access You may wander the farm, but please stay off the beds and be mindful that these guys work really hard! The farm is pretty quiet January and part of February. Other things to note There is also a vintage Airstream on the property and is also rented out on Airbnb. One room, tiny cabin, 10‘ x 16‘ ( it's small) with bathroom , kitchenette , shower, space heater and air conditioning twin bed all in one room it's perfect for one person but it sleeps two with two twin beds one rolls out. Complementary coffee , hot tea, and water. There is a microwave and a mini fridge. It is in the woods by a stream and it is right beside my house where I live. Parking is about 150 feet walk down a small hill and a few stone steps. It is not handicap accessible. 3 miles to grocery and or Target/Walmart. The Chattahoochee river old Settles Bridge is 1/2 of a mile past my driveway trout fishing and kayak if you have one. I have a medium bike you can use.

Perfect for rugged camping but with shelter & a shower! Feels secluded, but you still have cell service & civilization nearby in case you need anything. Also lots of historical sites nearby. Caught a few fish in the pond & enjoyed cooking over the fire. Cabin & bathroom were clean and owners were extremely nice! Would love to come back in summer so I can enjoy the flowers!

The hosts were friendly and checked in to make sure we always had what we needed. The land is beautiful, we enjoyed our gorgeous morning view of the water and the sound of nature. We made great connections with the other two couples staying on the land around the lake. The Birdhouse had just the right amount of space for us. We appreciated the extra foldable chair and table which came in handy for cooking. The video with directions to our site was also incredibly helpful because we arrived very late at night and were still able to navigate our way around the lake with our wagon full of supplies. Lots of spiders here, they didn’t bother us at all. The bug net, and screened windows allowed us to enjoy a refreshing and lovely breeze. There is a train that passes through a few times in the night.

My two sons, ages 12 and 6, and I stayed in the tiny house and had a great time. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We liked that there were some kid friendly restaurants and a Publix within walking distance! The tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host Jaya was responsive to my emails. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed a nice, quiet retreat. It rained nearly the whole time I was there so I didn’t make use of the swing bench or the fire pit, but I absolutely would have if it was dryer. Even so, the tiny house was cozy and I was happy to cocoon inside. I would definitely visit again!

This place is a perfect mix of minimalism and access to all essentials. It was a perfect place to stay to get a quick nights rest in but would also function nicely for any trip length. They maintained the the property and it was super clean. Joe was super nice and hospitable.
