We even have a nesting pair of bluebirds that return year after year. Occasionally, a small black bear may wander through the area as well. We want your stay here to be peaceful, relaxing, and filled with opportunities to experience the natural beauty of Garcon Point. The area is home to several species of wild carnivorous plants, beautiful beaches, and unique ecosystems found nowhere else. After 6 years of hard work, challenges, and perseverance, we are proud to say that we are officially a park and preserve. Our property features 9 acres of walking trails, with additional trails still being hand-built. Every path is created with care and respect for the land. I truly believe this place carries a special spiritual strength that speaks to people from all walks of life and all nations. A Brief History of Our Location Following the Bernardo de Gálvez victory during the Siege of Pensacola, a land grant on Garcon Point was awarded to Antonio Garzon in recognition of his service as an interpreter to the Pensacola Indians. Come camp in the woods right off the Perdido River. There is a short walk to the cabin, either along boardwalks or via a trail, and we provide carts to make it easy. Across the floating bridge is a sandbar where you can hang out with other river rats and enjoy a cold one. The Perdido River is known for great tubing and kayaking. We have tubes available to loan. A float from Fillingim’s Landing to our sandbar takes about four hours with stops. If you’re looking for an all-day adventure, you can put in at Barrineau Park Bridge. We are 420-friendly, and if you want to enjoy a beer, we’ll probably join you. There is a large outdoor fire pit and grills available for use. I also have camping hammocks that can be set up for extra guests, as well as a camping toilet. Weekend Trip to Brown Acres

We loved our time at Brown Acres. The RV was perfect for our family of six to stay in during our vacation. Sasha was so kind and was willing to help with anything we needed. They had a pond we could fish in, a couple of kayaks, an outdoor table to enjoy meals outside, hot water for a shower and air conditioning 😍. We received the best advice since we were out of towners. Would 100% go back to enjoy it for longer!

Absolutely stunning area and hipcamp! I felt like I was in an enchanted forest somewhere far away. It was super close to the beach too, but even when it rained I really enjoyed staying here watching the rain through the window! Perfect place to relax and work on art

The camper is in someone’s back yard so not a ton of privacy , however we had a fire pit and everything we needed . The plants back by the fire pit and camper were incredible so beautiful it felt like a jungle . If you’re looking for a very cute hippie friendly small space to enjoy this is your place ! Hosts very friendly and helpful !!

Such a unique and peaceful space. I stayed in the greenhouse dome and it was the perfect comfortable space to rest after a concert. The common area was a great place to relax and the whole property was artistic and interesting. Would definitely recommend this stay.

I try to make it a routine to go camping with my son every time I visit him. This campsite has everything I could ask for: courteous owners, easy to follow instructions, wonderful set up at the campsite and easy access to a beach. He had an absolute blast, helping me build, and maintain a fire, walk around the entire campsite, and many hours well spent in the water. I’ll be visiting this campsite again.

Weekend Trip to East Bay Family Retreat

What a beautiful property within a short drive of where we live. I really enjoyed spending the day out by their bay front. Having access to kayaks was a special treat, because I’ve never kayaked before. The glamper tent was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also plenty of space between the 2 glamper sites to give some privacy. It was also a special treat to enjoy the wildlife. We enjoyed watching the Royal Terns diving into the water for fish, and the mullet jumping out of the water. I had the special privilege of seeing a rabbit stop on the trail and stand in front of me for a solid 30 seconds. At night, fireflies flashed around the tree line. We heard a whippoorwill off in the distance, another amazing treat. Definitely saving this campsite as a go-to weekend getaway. What you get vs the low cost of their glamper sites is unbeatable. The Florida panhandle is so full of beauty in its nature. It’s amazing that there’s still a chunk of natural Florida left in Navarre, and the hosts are so willing to share it with others.

This glamping tent on East Bay in Navarre was everything we hoped for and more. The listing was completely accurate—the space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. And the Bay was just a short walk from the campsite. It felt like the perfect mix of camping and comfort. We also appreciated how reasonably priced it was compared to similar stays. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing escape, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

The Wandering Path is an amazing and peaceful getaway. The yurts offer the perfect setup for any season and eliminates a lot of packing. Amanda’s property has everything you need…the cleanest bathhouse I have yet to see and an awesome communal outdoor kitchen. There are primitive sites as well. The creek that runs along the property is crystal clear water with white sand banks throughout. It is deep enough to kayak or shallow enough to walk in and enjoy. The Wandering Path is the ultimate getaway location!

Very unique experience! I love the color pink and there was lots of it in the dome to enjoy. The round windows was great to sit in and the skylight was cool! I wasn't too sure about the eco- toilet at first, but it wasn't so bad and easy to operate. Very quiet and serene area yet only 15 minutes from restaurants and stores in the nearby cities. Good vibes here!
