This forested and open meadow property is located on a seasonal creek 2 miles from the quaint mountain town of Nederland, Colorado.

A short drive to both Boulder & Denver and situated in the picturesque Front Range, Nederland has convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking & camping, including many points of access to the Continental Divide.

The property is within walking distance of Boulder County Open Space and Indian Peaks Wilderness trails for endless biking and hiking adventures.

Sites are private and secluded. There is a 20-foot tipi, a quaint treehouse, and a tent site camp that can be rented separately or together for larger groups. Toilet, picnic table, and potable water all available onsite.

We have endless hiking, biking, and mountain fun activities onsite and nearby!
Space for camper vans as well! We look forward to hosting you soon.

Serenity uniquely situated in the middle of hundreds of acres of County Open Space farmland, our micro-tiny house is seated at the edge of our heart-shaped pond in the back corner of our five acre farm.  Unobstructed views of the Front Range and Longs Peak, songs of prairie birds and the occasional Blue Heron or Osprey fishing for dinner in the pond, endlessly brilliant sunsets, and the glimmer of a night sky full of stars await you in this peaceful retreat.

45 beautiful acres, fishing pond, Rocky Mountain views, horse stalls available, indoor arena, 2 outdoor arenas, 1 cross-country course, creek running through it.  50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, 40 minutes north of Denver. 

Bucolic, serene and peaceful horse boarding facility with  exquisite sunrises and sunsets. 

Rv spot in a small field by the horse corrals. Very little noise other than nature, except feeding time where the atv brings out food and water. We didn't mind it at all.

Originally an 80 acre cattle ranch built by a gentleman from Iowa named Thomas Jefferson Rutherford. 
Now a charming, peaceful and beautiful 4 acre flower farm. 
On site, we also host a unique place to stay in our converted grain silos!  We offer guests access to use of the hot tub and all natural, European swimming pond!

At roughly 330 square feet, this gem has everything the visiting traveler needs to receive a genuine Colorado experience. From the locally harvested beetle-kill pine accents to the sound of chickens roosting nearby, this cozy home is a perfect hideaway to explore the simplicity of tiny living, while enjoying all that Denver has to offer.Our home was recently featured on an episode of FYI's Tiny House Nation as the 300 Sq. Ft. Poker Night House. It is located in the backyard of our main home.Check-in is self-sufficient if necessary but if we are home, we will happily greet you and show you the ropes. There is a BBQ pit and yard/hammock available for use as well. Boulder CO restful RV site

We are RVers and would far rather stay on private land than an impacted RV park; we thought others might as well so we decided to share our property.

Semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park.  RV must be self contained with a toilet.  We do not provide one. 

  Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months.  Water as needed but there is no sewer hookup.  This is a short term space and is for seeing the area and visiting people that you know.  The camp spot is on 1 acre behind the house.  You can enter and exit going forward, however, there is a right angle turn to get in.  We will guide you in or drive in for you; there is a Commercial Driver's License in the family.

Terry Bison Ranch Resort

Terry Bison Ranch has a history all the way back to the 1800's.

 The ranch was once owned by F. E. Warren (The first governor of the state of Wyoming).

 President Teddy Roosevelt was also a guest at the ranch and a picture of him in the main house, hangs on the wall in the Senators Steakhouse.
