You will have the whole house to yourselves, the property is shared with the homeowners and llamas, and horses. Guests have full access to the 4-bedroom, 2-bath home on approximately 14 acres. There is a pond and a gazebo on the front of the property. The Rocky Mountain National Park is within walking distance with great hiking trails. Pet fees-$25.00 per pet per night up to two pets only. Must be kept in the inside kennel provided by the guest or an outside kennel on the property. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, including beds. Guests must provide pet supplies.
