Just a few miles from highway 160 yet away from the main roads, Beautiful sunsets and quiet desert breezes invite you to bring the RV for a weekend away, don’t forget the quads and dirt bikes! Property is close to mountains for hiking, and about 15 min away from Pahrump’s local shopping centers, casinos, grocery stores, fireworks wholesalers and more! About an hour away from the Las Vegas strip, Convention center and downtown Fremont st areas, Raiders stadium, t-mobile arena, & McCarran airport. Controlled campfires are allowed, we ask that you be very careful due to dry conditions. Rv’s, fifth wheel campers/trailers, generators and vehicles are all welcome on the property. There is no water or electricity hook up, and we ask that you take your trash with you and leave the property the way you received it. Thank you all for booking!

Construction started in 2016 and now we have our first temporary building and working on the others. The daily operation is run by Tranqvillium, an intentional community of people who don't like to spend their money on rent and utility bills.Learn more about this land:The location is about an hour west of Las Vegas in the California Mojave Desert. Even though the lights of Vegas are visible on the Eastern horizon, above Tranqvillium there is no light pollution and the entirety of the visible part of the Milky Way is shining down on us. Tecopa Hot Springs is 30 min West from us, along with China Ranch date farm. From China ranch it's a 40 min hike through Mars like terrain to a swimming hole complete with a small waterfall, where the Amargosa River comes above ground. The ancient lake bed where Tranqvillium is located is surrounded by medium height mountains, which are perfect for rock scrambling, and the world famous Red Rock climbing site is nearby too. The place is very rugged and is recommended for experienced campers who are not taken aback by wilderness living.

Wake up to a gorgeous mountain/valley view , BBQ during the day and enjoy smore's with the firepit at night. Miles of hiking right off the property and in the surrounding areas. Lots of local dirt bike and side by side riders in the area as well. There are virtually no neighbors. You will feel as though you have the entire valley to yourself! 4-wheel drive highly recommended and it is off-road/ off-grid driving... I have seen 2-wheel and Tesla's make it up there as well, you will need to be a confident driver.
