We are between Sequoia National Park (about an hour) and the Giant Sequoia National Monument (16 miles to groves up Hwy 190 and no entrance fee). Down the hallway you’ll see our first bedroom with a Queen size bed, the laundry room, and a hallway bathroom. Then straight ahead you’ll see our master bedroom with a bathroom a walk-in closet, full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Our home does have AC/Heating by mini split units that are all new & purchased & installed in June 2022 and are maintained monthly. We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022 for additional sleeping. Ring cameras are located on the outside of the property. No cameras are inside. Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature. A propane barbeque is located on the front porch. Absolutely no smoking on the property. Wildfires are common in & around the area & Three Rivers is a very high-risk area. Three Rivers has faced evacuation warnings in both 2020 & 2021 due to local raging wildfires. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/FIRES ON/NEAR THE PROPERTY. BE ADVISED - Sequoia National Park has received significantly more snow and rain than normal this year (2023), which has resulted in some damage to some roadways within the park. We love all things spooky so we have tried to bring the old magic of the woods into our little cabin. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths tucked into a small community. We are motivated by a love of nature & a respect for it. A wood burning hot tub is tucked in between the pines offers a soak after a day of exploring our beautiful Southern Sierra. Before forewarned, if it’s in the winter, we get a lot of snow. We highly suggest a an all-wheel-drive vehicle or definitely chains on a 2 wheel dr. vehicle.

Kiley is super super quick to respond. The cabin was overall good but slightly more rustic than I had imagined. Our generator failed in the middle of the night in the second night which I think was just bad luck but meant we had no WiFi, which meant no signal at all in this area! There is cooling and a fan. It is right by Sequoia and King’s Canyon parks, but the drive from Three Rivers to the cabin ends up taking about 25 minutes extra. My one thing to improve- the towels were really nice but the bedsheets were polyester which I really hate, and made it super sweaty given the heat! View of the stars is amazing and super quiet up there, although the swamp cooler was pretty loud

We loved our two day stay in Kiley’s mini cabin. It had everything we needed while we were visiting Sequoia National Park. We used the kitchenette and the grill. Kiley was super responsive and answered all our questions. I will just say that the 25 minute road from Three Rivers to the cabin was daunting and very curvy and tight.

We loved how secluded we felt on this trip. The area was beautiful and our dogs were able to run around freely. We appreciated that we could leave our dogs in the cabin and explore the national park. We had some complications with power, but our host was so quick to respond and get it fixed. We had a lovely trip!

Kiley is genuinely the nicest person that couldn’t do enough for us and our comfort. The sight is cute and romantic. Communicate well in advance about directions, the drive up is challenging but be patient and you’ll be rewarded. The cabin has WiFi and a heat pump to counter the high day-temperatures. The shower and toilet were new with very clean towels. Bedding was comfy and very clean, bring your own bedding. We had our own sleeping bags. Our dogs loved it and the site is scenic and breathtaking. I admire and respect Kileys efforts to make our off grid stay a grand one.

Located in a beautiful mountain landscape, this little cabin along with 2 others is off the beaten path surrounded by tranquility. The cabins are tidy and have what you need for a night or more. This is remote so they rely on solar and a generator to keep the lights on and the water warm. Kylie is an amazing host very kind and friendly. We met one of the dogs Herbert, who is the sweetest!

A great little cabin experience. Everything was well organized and clean. Gary was super helpful. I loved that there were camp chairs down at the creek! I was glamping so I brought my own comforter and table cloth to cozy things up. A delightful stay! (Would be a great place for groups with campsites and cabins plus a large fire ring with seating and kitchen prep area with large refrigerator to store food.)

I had an excellant experience at River Ridge Ranch. Quiet and cozy. Cabins are clean and well kept. outdoor showers with hot and cold water, large outhouse style toilets, plenty of lighting. Large pavillion and fire pit for group campers. Fully stocked kitchen area, pots, pans, dishes, utinsels, propane BBQs microwave, toaster oven, fridge and a large dishwashing area behind the kitchen. Plenty of places to hike and take in mother nature. Gary has done a excellant job in making sure you have everything you need for your stay, just bring your bedding, clothes, food and personal hygiene items.

I had a great stay at River Ridge Ranch. It’s a nice quiet cozy place to get away for the weekend or a week. cabins are clean and well kept. Gary has done an excellent job in making sure that everything you need is provided for you so all you have to do is show up with your bedding, food and personal hygiene items. There’s plenty of places on the property to hike and enjoy mother nature. Highly recommend River Ridge Ranch to anyone that just wants to get away, but not travel too far. There’s a large pavilion area for groups. There’s a large fire pit for groups to sit around and the kitchen area is well stocked with everything you would need for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, propane grills, microwave, toaster oven, and a large refrigerator to store all your food items. There’s even a large sink area behind the kitchen for washing your dishes. Large outhouse style toilets and outdoor showers with hot and cold water.

We loved it here! My partner, dog and I slept in the two story, which was lovely! The whole property is awesome. The kitchen area is the best I’ve ever utilized at a Hipcamp. We were just stopping by for a night on a road trip out to southern Utah from the Bay Area, but immediately started planning a big friends trip back down! It’s wonderful and we look forward to sharing it with people we love! The fall is exceptionally beautiful with the yellow leaves everywhere. Could not have asked for a better spot. And the lil heater cranks! We hung out up top before eventually opting on the bottom floor with the pup :)

Absolutely lovely experience staying on Gary’s land. The cabin had everything we needed - the heater was definitely a plus for the cold nights. We had the property to ourselves a lot of the day, and explored the river and different paths. The communal kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with a cleanup station behind it. I can’t wait to come back with my pup In the summer!

We had such a memorable time at Kiley’s cabin! It was cozy and very clean. The views are incredible from the deck. The directions she gave us were perfect, we had no trouble finding the place. I would absolutely rent this cabin again. The only negative is that the wifi was really patchy, so bring a hotspot if you need internet.

The water is so refreshing on a warm day!
