Camp Miramichee Falls is located at the site of the original YWCA Camp Miramichee which was founded in 1916 as a retreat for girls. In 2019, my husband and I acquired and renovated some of the original Miramichee stone cabins. We are located on the Southfork River, in Hardy, Arkansas. We have 1 cabin on the river and 3 cabins a short walk from the river, up a wooded hillside, for rent here at Camp Miramichee Falls. There are a few other privately owned cabins in the neighborhood and we live on the property. In 2026, we acquired additional river waterfront for the use of all of our guests. We now have even more space for you to spread out and enjoy the river.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and so cutely decorated. The area was clean and everything neatly placed and in order. The river there is just beautiful. It was fun to fish and swim in. Ms.Lynn and Mr. Jay were very helpful and informative. They are super nice friendly people. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will return again.

Thank you! We had a great time! Everything was as described. Cabin was very clean with some cute special touches. I enjoyed learning about the history of the area. The swimming area was clean, cool, and clear. Perfect for just chilling with a book and a beer. We had the area to ourselves for a bit, which was very nice. We also had full use of the kayaks and floats, which was very convenient. Really nice and enjoyable stay with very hospitable hosts.

Cabin 49 exceeded our expectations. Completely renovated campsfrom the early 1900’s had relics of the former YMCA girls camp it once was. The small touches like coffee, a fishing pole, and our own personal grill just added to the coziness of our stay. This particular cabin didn’t have a bathroom which was not at all a problem as just a few steps away we had our very own bathroom and shower outhouse. Just down the hill you have full access to the river, tubes, kayaks, and other river toys. This property is a short drive to town where you could spend the day shopping and learning the history of Hardy. All you really need is some food, bathing suits, and a positive vibe. This experience was absolutely amazing and we plan to be back very soon.

We enjoyed the privacy and rustic atmosphere. Having the bathroom in the cabin was important to us. The host wer nice and helpful. We had to drive to the water because at our age the rocky hill was too much to navigate. It was very pretty there.

Snug and sturdy cabin in a beautiful setting just a short walk from the river. The cabin has everything you will need - air conditioner, coffee maker, microwave, boom box and TV. You won’t want to stay in, though, with the trails, fire circle and river so close. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. We 100% recommend this cabin!

What a great stay! A perfect outdoorsy stay but with extra comforts. Set in the woods, but close enough to town for any needs. Hosts were even willing to allow us to use the kayaks and gave us a ride to the entry point for a wonderful trip down the river for a small fee.

This great old rock cabin has stone floors. It's a cool oasis on a hot day with a screen porch and a shady deck. The cabin's kitchen and bath are basic, but clean and serviceable and have everything you need. I would ask for more bath hand towels as well as tea towels for drying dishes, etc. If you are staying more than a day or two. The mattresses are in need of replacement, but you can make so with them. The hosts were very helpful.
