We have NO size or slide out restrictions, our spots were built with your comfort in mind. All spots come standard with 50A/30A/110 electric hookup, city water, Bbq/park grill, stone fire pit and sewage hookup at every campsite. Wi-Fi is also included for all campers. At this time we do not have bathrooms available to tent camping or any primitive style camping.
The BEAR'S DEN cabin is a 1 room 1 bathroom cabin. Built to sleep 4 with a spacious queen bed perfect for falling asleep on, a cozy twin bed for reading/sleeping, and stowed under the twin bed is an adventure cot for that outside nap on the deck. The cabin is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave) inverter. In the bathroom we have a metal wrapped 22" deep soaking tub equipped with a rainfall shower head to wash the stress away. No glamping cabin would be complete without a wave activated hand dryer a 43" Wi-Fi connected smart TV and the latest plug ins with USB ports included so you can forget that charging box at home. Coffee, bedding, towels, bar soap, provided. So what are you waiting for? It's time to camp!

The Ozark National Forest covers most of the Ozark Mountains, including the highest peak in the state. It’s awesome here when the dogwood and redbuds bloom in the spring, and when the leaves change color in the fall. The St. Francis National Forest is more diverse, with the St. Francis and Mississippi Rivers running through it, as well as lakes, valleys, and tons of wildlife. It’s the only place in the national forest system where you can access the Mississippi River from the shore, so that right there is a must do! Electric sites are 30 amp, if using for tent camping you will need a 3-prong converter (we can rent one to you for $5 if you do not have your own). RV/Camper MAXIMUM length is 28 feet.
Tipi rental is a camping experience only; it does not have electricity, a/c or heat. There are solar lights inside. We do have a Queen Sized outdoor bed and bedding available to add to rental for $10/night.
Bunkhouse is a camping experience - bring your own bedding. A/C, heat, electricity, TV & DVDs, Microwave, and Mini fridge are inside. Guests use campground restrooms
Campground restrooms and showers are a short walk from campgrounds.
We are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times that they are not in a tent or camper and friendly with other dogs and people. There is a working dog on the property-he is friendly with all people and dogs.

We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).
There are miles of county maintained bumpy dirt roads leading to the site. Expect your vehicle to get dusty. There is a creek crossing that is required to reach the campsites. We recommend high clearance and/or 4WD or AWD vehicles. If you are unable to cross the creek, you will need to park in the parking area and walk across the creek to reach your site.

Clean, clean, clean! Such a nice property. The hosts were very accommodating. They reccomened places of interest in the area. And even gave us a small history lesson of the area. The cabin was so well kitted out! Games for kids and adults, too. Lots of extras! They plan on adding a dish washing station and a camp store.

The Shed is an amazing place to stay! We knew there was a chance for wet weather, so we didn't want to camp in a tent. The cabin was the perfect dry and cozy solution for us. When it wasn't raining, we had fun exploring, going down to Lake Wilson, and cooking over a fire. Jeremy was very responsive to messages and made us feel welcome. 10/10 Would absolutely stay here again.
(Just a heads up: if it is rainy at all, the bridge on the short path between the cabin and parking area does get slippery, as does the porch. If you wear shoes with good tread, it's not an issue.)

The views were beautiful, the water was cold, rejuvenating and refreshing to swim in, and the energy truly felt sacred and powerful. My partner and I identified over 30 types of birds, saw salamanders, a variety of butterflies, and even some deer while we were exploring the land. We had a campfire every night, espresso in the mornings by the lull of the river and didn’t even know the other site nearby was reserved as well until we crossed paths on the river. Loved the direct water access at the campsite and multiple spots as options to put the tent up as well as the sheltered area on site! The star-lit sky was bright every night and it felt amazing to get out of the city and lose ourselves in Mother Nature. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend for anyone!
Being out here forces you to slow down, and be present within yourself and your surroundings.. After backpacking, camping and exploring nature for over 15 years as a hobby, this is by far one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed.

Very quiet and peaceful! Plenty of room for my dogs to run around without getting themselves into any trouble. Second time staying and it rained 3/5 days we were there, but it was still enjoyable. A little bit of rain got in the shelter, but nothing too bad. Only had 1 odd run in with someone floating down the river who needed to get out at our camp site, but other than that, this has quickly become one of my favorite camping spots.

We were really hoping this place was as described and it 100% was. Structure fit a queen air bed and belongings with no problem. Much more open grassy parking area than we expected, plenty of room to spread out. Only got rained on for about an hour the first day but it definitely seemed like you could wait out a rainstorm in the shelter and keep dry, we kinda wished it stormed more just to experience it. For people who like private and primitive camping without really having to worry about the weather this place is perfect. River wasn’t very deep when we were there (late march) and the smooth slick river rock makes for tricky wading; but we caught several nice bass and a load of brim out of the kayak and from the bank right by the shelter. 10/10 recommend, already booked a return trip.

Extremely accommodating owners with plenty of parking and a very well set up cabin. Just love this place and how nice the owners are. Very affordable for what they provide. Will be back many times
