The property has been in our family for many years. The location used to be in soybean and wheat fields but now is in hay. We are located 1.4 miles south of Interstate 40 (Exit 193) in Hazen, Arkansas with easy access. We have had many great guest come and stay on our property and have been able to recharge for the next days journey. We have 13 RV hook ups and plenty of room to boondock and camp to get a safe and quiet nights sleep. Hookups are on the “wrong side”- power reached no problem but needed our extra length water hose, and Andrew provided extra length to reach septic. Great location, <5 min from town where there’s a Walmart, o’reilley’s, fast food, etc! Would stay again!

The hipcamp spots are separate from the RV park meaning you will get a quiet night with lots of privacy. The park is located just minutes from the interstate. Perfect for someone in transit and not looking for a longer stay. I definitely recommend.

When I arrived I realized they also had hook up sites. A quick call to the owner Gary and I was "hooked up". Gary came by later in the evening to make sure everything was ok and I add Gary to cool people I've met in the middle of no where list. You can tell Gary really cares about the people who are staying at his little park in the middle of no where. On a side note my few interactions with the locals were all the same way. They took 5 minutes to shoot the breeze.

This was a quiet place to stop for a night while driving from SW CO to WNC. We, honestly, didn't realize it was an RV park--which was our fault--but the host, Gary, placed us a little away from the dozen or so parked campers so we had some space to relax after a long day of driving. Gary was responsive and pleasant to interact with.
