The Farm sits about 9 miles outside of historic Victorian town of Eureka Springs Arkansas which offers a wide variety of shopping and nightlife entertainment, This venue offers 360 degree panoramic views of the heart of the Ozarks. In addition to being a campground, the venue also hosts multi-day music festivals, concerts, food competitions and more. We do have ice and firewood for sale. It is self serve and located by the barn with a payment box (video surveillance)

Although we cater to adults only this is not a swingers club or sexual campground and we follow TNSF and AANR guidelines for social nude recreation. If you are not familiar with TNSF or AANR you can do a quick internet search and see some basic guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain is a nice quiet place to relax and work on your tan. We have RV sites, tent camping areas a bus and camper available. The campground has a bathroom facility with indoor shower and outdoor showers. We have a hot tub guests can use along with hiking trails and a propane grill. Sunset Mountain is near the Elk River in Noel Missouri and close to Northwest Arkansas where there are mountain biking trails, museums and many other activities. We are located 1.2 miles away from the Noel city park that has free Elk River access, 4 miles to Mt. The Pea Ridge Bike Camp has primitive campsites available for visitors to Northwest Arkansas and can accommodate tent campers, camper vans, small and large campers and RVs . Questions? We can add additional dispersed camping sites if we need to during special events being held in the area. Please message us if it appears that all of our campsites are booked out already. We have 10 acres with open, level areas of grassland, as well as some shaded, wooded areas. Here, you will find large camping areas where you can spread out and relax in a more private setting. We are located on a gravel road in the country, yet only 1/8 mile to state highway 72. We are able to accommodate tents, camper vans, small and large campers and RVs. Contact us for specific information. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is located close to Bentonville and only 5 miles from Exit 88 and I-49. Restaurants, food trucks, groceries, banking and laundry facilities are only 2 miles away in Pea Ridge. This is a place where you can be very close to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer and while still being in the country. A peaceful place that you can return to after exploring many of the popular bicycling and hiking trails in the area, visiting Crystal Bridges or other local museums, or attending one of the many events, such as Bike, Blues, and Barbecue, the annual craft fairs, or performances at the Walmart Amp or the Momentary. We are currently providing firewood for each firepit and there are large cable spool tables available for each campsite. We have ADA porta-potties and several outdoor faucets on the property. You can wash your bike on-site and there is a air pump, compressed air and bicycle tools available as well. We have also added a large communal firepit area with 2 regular picnic tables. We are looking to add outdoor sinks for handwashing and an electrical area for cell phone charging.

Our resort area, "The Vue at Rocky Acres", boasts a luxury barn and pool/hot tub with amazing views and would be perfect for your next event be it a wedding, birthday party, family reunion or retreat! Onsite, we also offer "The Homestead at Rocky Acres" with three cabins for nightly rentals for a comfortable and cozy stay in nature; cabins are available to be rented individually or for your next group event. Our resort area, "The Vue at Rocky Acres", boasts a luxury barn and pool/hot tub with amazing views and would be perfect for your next event be it a wedding, birthday party, family reunion or retreat! Daily passes to "The Vue" are available upon request for use of pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen, at an additional charge. Bathroom is heated and has toilet and sink and ability to take very BRIEF and warm to hot shower sitting down. Rather European, yes, but works with the limitations of warm/ hot water on demand and set-up Towels and toiletries provided. Kessler Mountain Park which has hiking and biking trails is 6.7 biking miles and 6 driving miles. Lake Wedington which also has biking and hiking trails is 17 driving miles( dont recommend biking to Wedington from here and biking to other parks involves some traffic). Bentonville is about 30 driving miles. HOSTS: Hosts live on the property in the original farmhouse and if not home will be close by. Hosts will be out on the property, tending the 5 chickens( no rooster!) and garden during the day. This means we might walk by the porch or your camp area. Efforts to ensure privacy will be made. Barring any emergencies we won't be outside before 8 a.m. This is our third season of hosting (2024) We look forward to sharing Lucky Island with other campers. We traveled for 7 years with a Little Guy trailer and often wished for just what we are offering. OTHER: Since this is suburban camping, stars can be seen but it is not totally dark due to the development that has occured around us. I have lived here 35 years when this WAS country. NOW, Lucky Island still has a country feel except for the busy road sounds and the neighbors' ambient lights. There is less privacy during winter when the leaves are off. We sit on a remmant oak savanah that fronts a busy road which also incorporates Fayetteville's amazing bike trail ( the trail is still under construction). This is a urban hobby farm with chickens (no rooster!) and garden, deciduous trees and pines. COVID: We are covid conscious and vaccinated. While we say meet and greet we can also arrange for contactless check-in if we communicate first by phone. Bathroom, coffee/ microwave station, and porch will be sanitized.

Although we cater to adults only this is not a swingers club or sexual campground and we follow TNSF and AANR guidelines for social nude recreation. If you are not familiar with TNSF or AANR you can do a quick internet search and see some basic guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain is a nice quiet place to relax and work on your tan. We have RV sites, tent camping areas a bus and camper available. The campground has a bathroom facility with indoor shower and outdoor showers. We have a hot tub guests can use along with hiking trails and a propane grill. Sunset Mountain is near the Elk River in Noel Missouri and close to Northwest Arkansas where there are mountain biking trails, museums and many other activities. Sunset Mountain is listed on the Monarch Butterfly Waystation registry as well. Come stay on the buff bluff! We are located 1.2 miles away from the Noel city park that has free Elk River access, 4 miles to Mt. Shira free Elk River access near Shady Beach and 5.2 miles to the free Elk River access in Pineville, MO near Shady Beach Pineville.

Fitzgerald Mountain RV Camp

This land is a six acre slice of property that includes a meadow, wooded areas, a small pine forest, native stones galore, a steep mountain side, giant boulders, a wet weather stream and pond, and 2 old tin barns. From West to East, the property starts flat but then begins to slope upward as it runs from the base of Fitzgerald Mountain Eastward nearly to the top of the mountain. The former homestead was removed within the past 20 years, creating a fantastic spot for the campground. It is located a short distance from Fitzgerald Station, which was a well known stop on Military road (later known as Butterfield stage line) in the 1830’s. The camp is only 2 miles from historic downtown Springdale, which is an area undergoing exciting revitalization. A concrete trail is planned that will connect the camp area to downtown making biking to restaurants and pubs much easier in the near future. The Razorback Greenway runs through downtown, and provides a biking connection to all of Northwest Arknsas.Learn more about this land:Fitzgerald Mountain Van and RV Camp offers 2 RV spots (26' max) with ride in / ride out access to Fitzgerald Mountain's world class trails. The mountain is home to OZ trails mountain biking and hiking for all levels. (look up OZ trails - Fitzgerald Mountain)The 2 van camper/RV spots sit at the base of a shade tree and the entry to the “Goat Trail.” This trail (named for the adjacent goat farm) will lead campers to the campfire area, "Fitzmo Barn", and Butterfield trail. Fitzmo barn has a map where you can leave your mark by putting a pin in your hometown and signing the wall. Leave your brand's sticker on the wall so other bikers and hikers can find their way to your hometown spots. The barn has chairs for the fire pit area, and can also provide some shelter if it rains.Butterfield trail crosses the camp area adjacent to Fitzmo Barn. Head North on Butterfield to connect with blue and black trails including the “best trail ever” and fantastic views from the mountain top. Head South to connect with trails for all skill levels including a strider course for the kids at Bayyari Park. Bayyari Park is only 1/3 mile away and has public restrooms that I'm told "remain open until 10:00 PM year round unless there is extreme cold."The only neighbors of the camp have a small farm to the North, and their goats and peacock occasionally visit the camp’s Western field. Other than these neighbors, the area feels secluded, especially at the fire pit and barn area. Fitzgerald is a historical area. Fitzgerald station is nearby, and served as a stop on the Butterfield overland stagecoach mail route that was used in the 1800s. Downtown Springdale is 2 miles away, and the pubs and restaurants cater to bikers. A paved trail is planned for the near future that will provide bike access to downtown.*Note* Backing up to a turn around area will be required for exit from the RV spots.
