Our private dock is for fishing and loading and unloading of boats only. Its not a play place for kids.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 10PM til 8 AM No Dogs barking, Kids running and playing loud Siting on fire having adult conversations not bothering neighbors is acceptable
Guest
If you have any guest, they need to leave the facility by 8 pm. Guests are not allowed to stay the night.

We have 3 dry camping pads, perfect for campervans, Class B RVs, truck campers, and small Class C. If you are passing through on the Parks Highway and need a place for the night, (If you are traveling in a Group please call us ahead of time we might have some space), on your way to Denali or Fairbanks, this is your spot! We are conveniently located just 2 miles off the Parks Highway, In Houston, Alaska, Home of the World Famous Millers Ice Cream.

The property is seriously charming and comfortable, with, 2 fire ring areas. It really gives you the best of both worlds - the peaceful tranquility of a rural setting, but with the convenience of nearby towns. We even have free mosquitoes for everyone (mosquito repellent not included, but mosquito magnet is on site, just FYI).
Bring your Own Kayaks, this is a perfect place for an easy 1-3 hour float, with a kayaks, paddle Boards, inflatable boats. or canoe (take out near Miller’s Market – Ice Cream).
We can arrange pickup for a small fee.
Air Compressor for airing up your gear if needed.

The property features a locked gate for extra security and privacy. Entry code will be provided after booking. It is only a short walk to the Susitna Landing Campground, Boat Launch, and Facilities. Enjoy proximity to the river without the crowds. Propane fire pits and smokeless fire pits are allowed, but please no fires on the bare ground.

Nice large field, we had no issue with our big rig getting in and out. The views were amazing, neighborhood felt safe, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Access to propane, water, laundry, and groceries is just a few minutes down the road. All of that with a price you can't beat, my family and I will be back again!

We absolutely love this place. Love the serenity and privacy. The host is top-notch and provides for every need. We are returning guests and this is by far our favorite place to camp. I hope future guests will respect the land and be good stewards, pick up your trash, pick up after your pets, leave it as clean or cleaner than you found it. The property is beautiful! It's convenient location and attention to detail makes this place a great stay. Jessica is super kind and has amazing attention to detail with the decor, beauty, and great flow of the property she designed for guests! We were able to take our dog there with lots of space to enjoy walks in a gorgeous woods setting right on the lake! The amenities are off the charts, the sites are spacious and private and we really enjoyed our short stay! We checked in late and left early and it was easy to use the app. She even has a la carte options like a propane fireplace, sauna, hot tub and kayaks available to all guests....absolutely incredible, highly recommend and we will stay again!

Beautiful campground! Large lots with picnic tables with umbrella, large community fire pit, super clean restrooms & shower areas. We did a hot tub and a sauna add on - both were great, but I would especially recommend the hot tub! We also enjoyed kayaking on the lake! Everything was perfectly thought out and the host was so friendly and helpful.. We would definitely rent here again.

The location right on the Little Su was absolutely beautiful, and it was easy to get to as well. The host was great to rent from and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had such a fantastic time here! The hot tub and sauna, along with the outdoor showers, were so nice after traveling. The campground is well laid out and felt safe, and the spots were relatively private. We really wish we had had time to take advantage of the kayaks at the lake! It was very picturesque though.
I also really appreciated the well stocked common area with some items for sale. Jessica and her family were also super nice and helpful! They had great recommendations.

We camped during the late summer in our sprinter van. They don’t have electric yet but they will very soon. It’s a lovely place tucked away but close enough to town. They have truly put love, blood sweat and tears into making this a lovely place to stay. Jessica is a charming host! They have some beautiful and even hilly hiking trails right around the place that could keep you busy for a while. The kayaks are fun paddle to around the lake. The hot tub was such a lovely bonus addition. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this campground with our RV. We felt safe and enjoyed plenty of privacy. Although it’s a newer campground and not all amenities (power/water) were yet available, we still had a fantastic time kayaking on the lake and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of our host.

Such a gem of a property!! Very thoughtful accommodations, clean, quiet and private. There's plenty of space to spread out, and the river was so clear and peaceful. Kiddos had a blast exploring the trails, river, and picking wild berries. The fire pit cranks!! Nice and toasty and the pavilion is such a charming and well apprecited addition. We definitely recommend and hope to return soon! Kris was very responsive and helpful. Lovely host!! I hope future renters are respectful to the property and leave it nice and clean so others can continue to enjoy!
