Island Camping on Tenn Tom River

10 sites · Tents8 acres · Columbus, MS
Country living in the city. Oversized, eight acre lot on the old channel of the Tombigbee River. Lot is situated on the Island in downtown Columbus. Lot sits in a bend that has beautiful and rare, long views of the river. Floating dock attached to a 40' gangway that walks into the gazebo at the top. Would normally have to drive to a rural area for this kind of experience.

Rock dam in creek is great to entertain kids, old grist mill site couple hundred yards downstream. Logging and ATV present for hiking and wildlife viewing.
