The front 7 acres is a mixture of open and shaded areas. The back 14 acres consists of trails and roads you can explore. You won’t have any problems finding a place to hang a hammock and relax. My two night stay in #3 was just what I needed while in the area. Sites are all pretty private in that you have some distance. More great sites are further down the farm road and in the forest. There was some traffic from the local airport and a little noise from houses nearby, but nothing too much. Pinned to Favorites.

We’ve been traveling for about a month and this is by far the BEST site we’ve stayed at yet. The grounds are gorgeous, the sites are very well maintained and spaced out perfectly for plenty of privacy. Jimmy was awesome and super welcoming. We will definitely be back on future adventures!!

Argo’s was great! So peaceful, close to river and lake access, National Forest all around, and plenty of space on site to have our private site! The sunrises were gorgeous and the openings through the tree tops were a gateway view to the moon and stars! Close to has stations and grocery stores but felt far from civilization! Highly recommend!

First, Jimmy was there to greet me and show me around his beautiful property. It is at the end of a very quiet street in a very quiet neighbourhood. My van was in an open area with plenty of space for dispersed camping. My pup and I took a short walk through the wooded area surrounding the main camping field. It was such a perfect setting. This was just an overnight for me but I hope to be back and spend a few days. A great place to kick back and relax. Charming and generous hosts.
