Several hundred-acres situated along the Cahaba River, off Perry County Road 16.  Property is located 26 miles west of Selma, 65 miles south of Birmingham, 75 miles west of Montgomery, and 10 miles north of Marion, Alabama.

Be advised that road and path has been repaired to the Cahaba River; great for hiking, ATV use, four-wheel drive heavy duty vehicles; property has 1,899.75 feet of Cahaba Riverbank; several hiking trails are available on the property, great way to experience the Appalachia foothills along the Cahaba River.

Bathroom and water are available at the farmhouse when entering the property.  

Road to Cahaba River has been repaired and maintained, excellent for mountain biking, hiking.  1,875.99 feet of Cahaba River access.

Section of the Cahaba accessible from the property. It was nice to walk here, but it wasn't accessible by car at the time and would have been a long way to carry a canoe/kayak. That being said, it's not far from other places to put in.

It is at the end of the road with a beautiful sun set in the morning and night time and is very quite and relaxing no traffic good for kids to ride bikes ect. Hope to see you soon.

Solomon's Garden is a 5 acre homestead located in the Black Warrior River valley. Our homestead operates as both a private home and a homestead training ground where folks from urban locations come to learn to live on the land, grow food, develop agricultural skills and design their plans for land stewardship.  We take pride in our connection to and reverence for the land and love to share the experience.  

Piper's Parish: This site is just off the south road on the property and provides ample space for campers and pop-up tents.  With a heavy duty extension cord, you can easily power up to 45 amps.  This is our largest camp site.

Christen's Cove is nestled on the hilltop in the pine forest at Solomon's Garden.

Christen's Cove Glamp site is a perfect way to enjoy the comforts of home with a wild edge.

Christen's Cove Bell Tent is equipped with a full size bed, light furnishings for storage during your stay and an optional air mattress.

Nsase Kan: Located along the north road of our property, this site is accessible by camper/RV during summer.  In fall and winter this is a tent only site.
