ROAD CONDITION: **The 1/4 mile drive in from the main road is not paved and is bumpy through a meadow (to some, it’s a breeze, but to those who have never driven off road may find the 1/4 mile drive in rough (all up to the driver's interpretation.) We have seen a GT Mustang go through no problem, and a Subaru pulling a pop-up, just note the road is not paved and is not a road - but more like a man-made path created for this primitive access.

We had a nice stay at this scenic ranch property and enjoyed exploring the area. Thanks for sharing your property!
This location was very nice and felt very private and the host was responsive and helpful. The only thing we had a hard time with was the cows, which we didn't mind except that there was cow poop all over the campsite. It was hard to find a clear enough place to set up the tent and we have young kids which is really hard to get they to pay very close attention to every step to try and make sure it wasn't in the poop. If it wasn't for the poop would have been a perfect experience.
Beautiful area, super private & remote. Favorite campsite on our roadtrip! NOTE: If you are afraid of cows or cow patties, don't go. We had no issues and our dog loved the cows and the stream. Plenty of space to set up all our gear and enjoy the views.
We loved this site on Bobby’s land! So private and beautiful with plenty of cow friends to keep us company. Situated right on the creek, with views of the mountains - we loved it. But the road is no joke especially if you are pulling a trailer. And you must be escorted to the site, you will never find it on your own so make sure to get Bobby’s cell phone number in advance or arrange a time to meet.
While the host was kind, the site was a sh*t show. Idk how no one else has written this review yet, but this is not somewhere you want to camp. Unless you were raised with cows and don't mind cow poop literally everywhere in your campsite along with cows and bulls walking directly through your camp. It doesn't sound like a huge deal, but trust me it is. Especially if you have kids and dogs. The water also is not nearly as nice as it looked in the pictures. This water is full of cow poop and was just very septic looking. Do NOT recommend staying here. Still working to get my money back for this. If we can't get our money back we're going to see about $700 go down the drain. Also, we didn't even stay a single night. We got there, tried to figure out, and realized it wasn't going to work so we had to go into the surrounding wilderness areas and look for dispersed camping on 4th of July. Talk about fun
Such a peaceful and relaxing stay! We would totally come back!
What a place! What a host! This will be our 3rd time staying on Bobby’s land. Our family (me, Hubs, Tot and 3 dogs) LOVE our stays here, in our 22’ travel trailer. This was our first time at this spot. There was a great picnic table, and campfire set up right next to the creek. There was endless grass for the tot and pups to run through, hillsides to climb, and a wonderful little tot friendly creek. The nights are quiet, peaceful and star filled. Bobby is truly the kindest and most welcoming host. He’s a cattle rancher, with an open heart and a desire to share his gorgeous land. He makes sure to make an RV friendly path and turnaround area. We already booked multiple trips for the Summer.

We loved our stay here! It was very private by still close to town. The site is located at the bottom of a hill that we weren’t sure our Ford Fiesta would be able to make it back up. She made it up, but since there was a chance of rain while we were there, Bobby let us park our car closer to the entrance so we weren’t worried about getting stuck. This was an amazing place to camp and we will definitely be camping here again if we are in the area. We loved to see the prairie dogs running around the area. 10/10!
